"We took a small group (7) out to celebrate a special occasion. It was our first time here...thanks to other reviewers for the great tip to try this restaurant. The service is fantastic. Your every need is taken care of with speed and with charm and hospitality. I can't say enough about the food. It was really delicious. We had a wonderful evening out and will return with pleasure."

"We had not tried this restaurant for a very long time and as it was my very dear friends birthday I thought we should try something different. We were so pleased with the service and the food was excellant ! Would we go again ? Absolutely yes !"

"Seated promptly. Service almost instant. Great martinis. Not an extensive menu but more than adequate. Starters were perfect and again, prompt. Then ordered the main course. Desert was wonderful! Food was much better than just good. Waiter chose an excellent wine. Waiters did not hover and also didn't want to be "your best friend", perfect. Only one small negative. When there are only 3 tables occupied in the entire room (when we arrived, busier later), why do they insist on seating everyone in one corner? Will we go again? Absolutely! Recommend it to others? Yes but you have to be prepared to pay for the quality. Not everyone is."

"I took my husband here for his birthday. From the outside the restaurant is very unassuming and my husband even thought it was just a cafe. We both were pleasantly surprised. From the delicious sangria and melt in your mouth croissants to the delicious entrees of arctic char and beef the meal and evening were both superb! Definitely will go back."

"Three of us had lunch at Cafe de Ville. My friends raved about their sandwiches and salads.
I was actually disappointed with the selection available for gluten free. I had the Pescatore pasta, gluten free. The pasta sauce was okay, but not enough fish and seafood. The pasta was typical store-bought and was cooked okay. The meal was not worth $18.
I wish there had been better choices. I typically stay away from ordering pasta, but felt there weren't any other choices on the menu."

"Our bit of suburbia is riddled with chain restaurants. Cafe de Ville is a welcome change. Very professional service and presentation. We are regular patrons and enjoy the calm and quiet. "Love this place, Never had a bad meal here. The service is excellent; it is usually quite quiet for a small place. Some may call it pricey but I don’t find it more so than any other restaurant that has this quality of very well prepared fresh food, the portions are in fact larger than most comparable restaurants. It is well worth every penny/dollar."
