At Wing Lei, rising star chef Ming Yu masterfully blends the flavors of China with Western technique to create a singularly delicious cuisine. Its just one delectable reason this is the only Chinese restaurant in the U.S. to have earned a coveted Michelin star. The seduction begins as you enter this exotic space, dressed in glimmering glass, tiger onyx, mother-of-pearl and gold accents. The décor, with its curved lines and rich gold accents, is meant to evoke the idea of 1930’s Shanghai. Every inch of this restaurant has been meticulously planned and lovingly crafted, from the ultra-plush, deep tapestry chairs and to the gold-tipped black chopsticks that grace the table settings. Large picture windows look onto a charming outdoor garden, replete with two 100-year old pomegranate trees. Despite all of the grandeur, the haute Chinese menu remains the focus, with its luxurious mix of Cantonese, Shanghai and Sichuan specialties.
"Loved this restaurant. Beautiful decor, excellent service and great food. Can't wait to go back and try some other dishes... A must dine restaurant if you go to Vegas."

"We ate at many restaurants at the Wynn/Encore, and this was one of our favorites. Food was outstanding, service great. If you want to escape the noise and bustle of the casino for an hour or two, and have a great meal, this would be an outstanding option for you."

"The service was incredible and the ambiance was pleasant. The food was typical Chinese. The only dish that stood out was the 2 cup bass. It was a unique dish. I would recommend visiting Wing Lei if you are at the Wynn."

"I really enjoyed the taste of the food that we ordered. My only complaint would be the service. I felt rushed throughout the entire meal. After receiving the menus we did receive excellent descriptions of the food, but from that point on we were provided service that made us feel they wanted us to eat up and go! Our food was delivered no more than 5 minutes after our order was taken. We had a glass of wine that we were enjoying. Our plates were not even clean or the asparagus bowl empty when 3 separate busboys asked if we were finished. When we declined dessert the bill was brought immediately. The restaurant did not appear busy so we were not sure why we were rushed through an 8 o'clock reservation.."

"We have dined at Wing Lei on several occasions. This last experience was somewhat of a disappointment. Food and service not as top notch. Service definitely not as precise."

"The dining environment is so elegant and serene, that you cannot help but enjoy the experience. The wait staff is very attentive, and accommodating, and the food is excellent (try the Walnut shrimp)!
All things considered, this is my favorite Las Vegas Asian restaurant."

"We had the Peking duck tasting menu, and it was wonderful. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant was beautiful, even down to the tiny detail of the plate decorations matching the decorations in the ceiling. The food was delectable. The entire dining experience was perfect."

"I have been looking forward to Wing Lei for about 6 months now and I was finally able to fit it into my schedule. I was delightfully happy to see authentic Chinese items on a different menu, in addition to the regular menu. The ambiance is very relaxing and it is a great setting for a small meeting or just a romantic dinner. Our server was very polite and knowledgeable about the offerings however the food did not come out in a timely manner and when it did, it was rather cold/warm instead of warm/hot. The restaurant was less than 30% occupied at the time. Overall, I will say it was a great experience but the food was only slightly better than average. We ordered 4 different dishes. We saw a few celebs come through at the end of the evening!"

"Such a big disappointment. The food was of poor quality and quite frankly, ridiculously priced, even for this type of establishment and at this hotel. I am used to expensive and elegant restaurants but normally, you can expect or anticipate some value for money. Not here. Poor choice."
