"The Grouse Mountain Grill is an outstanding choice for a special meal, or, pretty much anytime when you are in the Beaver Creek area. Everything about it was great. I had the Lobster Mascarpone appetizer which was extremely well prepared--from the presentation to the flavors. For entrees, we had the scallops and the rack of lamb, and both were delightful. For dessert, the chocolate strudel cake, was perfect. All that aside, it's worth mentioning that the service was impeccable throughout the meal, down to the glass of vintage port when I asked if they had a sample of bleu cheese to accompany it, which they gladly accommodated. The sommelier, Bill, had a thorough knowledge of the wines on the wine list and was quite helpful."

"It was really a perfect special dinner experience for my family! had requested champagne on ice when I booked.....decided not to have it..no problem. ordered a relatively inexpensive bottle of wine from waiter...somalier stopped by, decanted it for us 1/3 way thru bottle, and told us a funny story about the winery in napa...meal served perfectly for our special occasioin with my wife and daughters 11 and 14. they loved the dinner as well...food incredible...manager stopped us on the way out, asked how our expereince was and took a minute to socialize and say goodnight.

ive been there several times before and they were always great...but seem to just be getting better!"

"Tony McNally made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked into the restaurant. the food was outstanding, and quite unique in many of the interpretations. the Sommelier did not force us into the higher priced wines but suggested reasonable white and rec wines which were perfect for our appetizers and dinner.
Our waiter was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.

Our bill for a table of four adults and two teenagers was high, but we all felt the value and attention to detail was worth the price."

"The location, service and food were outstanding. The only exception to the superbness of this restaurant were the desserts. Not sure if they make these on site or ship them in, but the Creme B. and chocolate concoction were less than stellar. Both tasted rushed and without finesse. Overall, this is a must dining experience for anyone visiting the mountain region west of Denver."

"From the moment we stepped into the restaurant we knew we were in for a cuisine experience. The server was knowledgeable, cheerful, and provided personal input to make our dining experience outstanding. The atmosphere was upscale, yet comfortable, mountain chic. It was a comfortable and acceptable locale to bring a 10-year-old who loved the children's menu. Everything from the wine to starter to dinner and dessert was an experience. The location was a "special event" restaurant for us as we celebrated a friend's 50th birthday."

"We had a wonderful dining experience. My daughter and son-in-law are Chicagoans who are definite foodies. They loved everything about the dinner from appetizers to dessert. My son and his finace's bother were pleased to find out the entrees were a good size and not tiny like one often finds at a "foodie" restaurant. An above average wine list was complimented by a helpful sommelier. The service was good and at the right level. We'll be back."

"Excellent service - our waiter even tried finding someone on staff to drive us back to our hotel afterwards and could not have been more attentive, without hovering. Our 2 teenage boys enjoyed the occasion as much as we did. The lobster starter was divine as was the lamb shank. My crispy fish was very good, but not excellent. The white wine was not cold enough at first. Lovely views and fireplace near our table. Highly recommend."

"The service was exceptional and the management made sure that our arty was properly welcomed, seated quickly, and totally cared for. The sommelier was both friendly and professional and geniunely cared about offering us the best pairings for the dishes being ordered.

The food was delicious, and cooked to perfection. Two of the three in my party ordered the duck and it was delectable. The pumpkin bisque was exquisite, and the lamb shank was generous and prepared in a way that allowed the natural flavor to come through.

All in all, a great dining experience."

"I highly recomend the "Roasted sweet potato agnolotti" as an appetizer. Then I was expecting to eat the Elk; however, it was not available. I decided for the "Grilled rack of lamb" wich was ok, but not outstanding.
On the other hand, the ambience; the service; and the wine list were spectacular."

"Food was fabulous! The pork chop was hue and delicious. I almost never order a pork chop but could not resist. My son devoured the lamb chops and had to pick up the bone they were so good. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!"

"After viewing Grouse Mountain Grill's current menu, which had me at the first appetizer listing, we celebrated my husband's birthday at GMG during our one night stay in Beaver Creek. My husband had the pork chops based on our shuttle driver's recommendation, and they were spectacular. I had the Colorado Bass, which was lovely and the right light meal for me. We did share that amazing lobster appetizer and also shared the pastry chef's special dessert - Colorado peach sorbet, from Palisades peaches. YUM! The service was exceptional, our seating romantically placed by the fire, and the jazz piano singer was excellent. A memorable and lovely evening with my special guy!"

"Had heard of this restaurant for years and so glad to finally have the opportunity to enjoy it. The service was wonderful (very attentive and friendly) and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere is "cozy" with light, live music, a roaring fire and comfortable seating making a long relaxing dinner very enjoyable.
