"We had Open Table reservations for 12 and the table was ready when we arrived. We didn't have much time to spare and we made our appointment with no problem. Many of us ordered the build you won sandwich which we thought is a great idea for a quick lunch. Prices were reasonable. I was there as the only male with 9 females and each of us getting our own check was no problem. This space has changed hands three times in its short history, but this is the best of the three. Very convenient if attending an event at FedEx Forum."

"Our waiter acted like we were an inconvenience even though we were the only people there. He spilled a drink all over our table, cussed and walked off. This was our second time to eat there- and our last! Both times were similar."

"The food was just "okay". I expected better considering the accolades they have received. The tomato basil soup was barely better than can soup. The grits had too much pepper. In addition, service was slow and there were only a few people in the restaurant. Yet, it is conveniently close to the FedEx forum"

"The valet guys are awesome, the hostess is wonderful and the cooks are amazing...but on themat night my waiter Chris was horrible. I'm a regular and I usually throw nice sized parties there and I tend to tip very well for great service...he did not earn the great tip that I gave him...he got it because I understood they were busy...the next time I'll have a conversation with the chef and manager....but it's a great place overall."

"Very disappointed. Ordered off the Valentine's Day special event menu. After finishing the lobster bisque, which was very good, the waitress informed us that the filet we ordered was out of stock and would have to be subbed with a ribeye. No sincere apologies and certainly no adjustment to the bill after switching to an inferior cut of steak. While the staff was very friendly and pleasant, service was slow after being seated; second glass of wine ordered during the main course didn't arrive until dessert. Dessert was another disappointment, fresh fruit with chocolate fondue... served cold. Stuck trying to dip fruit into a hard chocolate bar. With all the quality restaurants in Memphis, I certainly won't be returning to Bleu anytime soon."
