We are truly excited to be a part of downtown Everett's dining scene. Our goal is to not only thrive as a distinguished neighborhood restaurant, but also as a destination for surrounding communities with food, family and celebration as our driving force. Our cooking style centers on traditional Asian dishes created with "fresh ingredients from local farmers and suppliers". Our executive chef, Jimmy Liang, is classically trained in the European style and has worked at many of the most prestigious restaurants in the area including the Herb Farm. We pride ourselves on creating distinctive dishes utilizing multiple layers of cooking techniques and flavors. We call it "Modern Asian Cooking". A heartfelt "thank you" goes out to family, friends and community members who continue to embrace us.

"there were four of us and we ordered plenty of food, all excellent. i gave service four stars instead of three because i do believe she was a little over loaded. this place had been recommend to me by several people, the only complaint i'd heard was that they had refused to do separate checks. however, she offered to give us two checks without even being asked."

"Restaurant decor was inviting. Began by ordering the special terratini, a blend of Yazi ginger vodka with pineapple juice. Ordered a glass of Sauvignon blanc, better pairing. Excited to try the Korean pancakes but disapointed. The pancakes were grilled, the seafood was well executed, cooked to perfection, the pancake filling was mushy. Would prefer nuoc cham sauce on the side. The Terra fried rice was bland, needed a little crunch. The side of Sihuan green beans were delightful, sauce was sweet and spicy, balanced with the crunch of the beans. The caramelized prawns were delicious, nice combo with green beans tossed with a divine sauce accented with sambal and sauteed shallots. Pricing a little high for the selection and execution."

"Appetizers: The Chicken-Coconut Milk soup is delish - has a deep flavor similar to, but much more subtle, than a straight Thai curry. Best choice of the night. Seafood pancake OK - unusual - but the texture a bit soft in the center for my taste. Good size, soup and pancake meant to be shared. Dinner: Lamb was good. Drunken Chicken - prepared well, but nothing special Service good. Caring! Over all: A nice dining experience. Will go again, but not on such a busy night -- just too noisy. Need something on the walls and some baffles on the ceiling to quiet it down 20 decibels."

"My wife and I went there for Valentine's Day. They had a special 4 course meal and it was great. I would definitely recommend Terracotta Red and would come back here myself. Great for a special occasion and definitely one of Everett's best."
