La Casa Italian Grill offers a taste of Italy in a historic house in downtown Alpharetta. Owner Pasquale Cardamuro brings three generations of family recipes to serve only the finest foods, made with the freshest ingredients. All dishes are crafted from scratch, and all soups, sauces, breads and desserts are made in house. Pasquale has created the perfect combination of authentic Italian recipes and artfully created meals prepared with passion. La Casa is proud to offer a full bar and extensive list of Italian wines to complement your dinner. Your meal is completed with a traditional Italian espresso or cappuccino. La Casa has three separate intimate dining rooms available for private parties, and an outdoor deck for casual dining. Daily Specials are available and we offer full catering for any size party.

"Was in town for a wedding and found La Casa on open table. So a bunch of us went to give it a try. The restaurant was so far beyond our expectation it blew us all away... We are still taking about the food 5 days later. I wish this restaurant was in Florida where we live!
A MUST go for all Atlantans ! Bravo!"

"The food at La Casa is very good. We could have done with a little less "selling" from the server. The wait staff is attentive and I think they are trying a little too hard to inform people about the quality and authenticity of the food. Food is good and speaks for itself. No need to advertise to those who have chosen to dine. In summary, if you are looking for a good meal, at a reasonable price, I would recommend La Casa."

"I did not like being told "I was in Italy" on two different occasions when ordering wine - - being reminded they did not have a "California" wine list. And when I ordered wine and I did not like it, it took a long time for the server (I think the owner) to come back and ask if everything was ok."

"Many of our friends raved about the restaurant, but we can't say we were "wowed". Service was attentive, friendly and fun. We started with the mussells and were disappointing. For the entrees it was one good one too salty. My wife's grouper was excellent, fresh, tasteful and not over cooked. however, the veal marsala was too salty and the veal a bit "grizzly". This location was a bit of a hike for us, but we may try it one more time."

"La Casa is a great find for Alpharetta which is significantly lacking in quality dining experiences. If you like authentic Italian food then book your reservation now. A tentative and friendly wait staff made the experience that much better. We had the Braised Veal chop special, and it lived up to the recommended expectation, and all the other dishes we ordered were delicious too! I typically look for dinner options far away from Alpharetta, La Casa is one I will put on my regualar rotation."

"The service was excellent and the food was great. The only questionable part was my wife ordered the Grouper (or Roughy she couldn't remember) on a bed of spinach but said there was too much sauce on it. Maybe should consider serving the sauce on the side so folks can add as much or as little as they like. Otherwise, the meal was outstanding."

"First visit, and they were not crowded, as it was a Tuesday night. Service was a little slow at first, but fine once we got their attention. Nice wine selection, and the food was outstanding. The server recommended the grouper dish on the menu, as opposed to the grouper special, and he was certainly correct. A great dish that I would gladly order again. Wife had the lasagna, which was out of this world We will be back soon."
