"We were there to celebrate my son's graduation. And, as usual, the service and food were awesome! The atmosphere is always great, and the food/service was right on the mark. I consider Woodfire a "go to" for any occasion, and they always deliver on a good time. Thanks."

"We were able to take our graduate and friend out for a pleasant celebration. Prices are a bit high for the amount of food served, but everything tasted wonderful. both of us girls enjoyed our tuna on salad dishes, but wanted more tuna. One guest had steak and it came with a salad (served 1st ), but nothing came with the steak and the server did not mention that potato or veggies would be extra."

"Woodfire Kirby's....the service was amateur, the filet tasted like select grade, the ribeye was overlooked. Not much good here. Would I return......never."

"This was one of the best brunch buffets I've ever had. I've always enjoyed Kirby's Wood Fire Grill and my brother and I decided to take my mother there for Mother's Day when I looked online and saw the wonderful menu and the amazing price. The Mother's Day buffet was half the price of most other locations I found around town and we were not disappointed. The food was outstanding and the buffet moved quickly, which surprised me given that the place was packed. My father is disabled and they accommodated his large wheelchair with a table right at the front and the valet service made it easy in and easy out for us. Great job Kirby's!"

"We went for Mother's Day Brunch and the food was not good. This is the only time I've been to Kirby's for brunch and if this is fairly typical, I would advise you to go elsewhere for the price (or elsewhere for less...). I would still recommend the restaurant for dinner which is typically good."

"Kirby's had a great Mother's Day brunch with prime rib, turkey, ribs and delectable cheese grits as well as many other great sides. The restaurant was slammed, but not uncomfortable. Upon arriving, each mother was given a beautiful long stemmed rose. My daughter wanted lemonade, and the restaurant did not have it, but our waiter, even though he was extremely busy, took the time to hand squeeze lemons and make her lemonade. We sat outside, which was very pleasant. Great service and food on one of the busiest brunch days of the year! I will definitely go back for Sunday brunch."

"We went for Sunday supper on Mothers day. You just sit down and they start brining food. The brisket was tender and not loaded with fat. Fried chicken was super crisp with honey drizzled on it. Biscuits looked like they had potential but were dry. Maybe they were left over from the morning. Green beens were fantastic and unique. LOVED the live string band playing country favorites! We can't wait to go back!"

"We had a coupon for a free bottle of wine and decided to try Woodfire. I am glad we did. The interior is designed beautifully and the service was very good. We ordered the ribeye and the filet and both came out cooked to perfection. The mashed potato side was delicious! We would definitely go again."

"The noise was so bad in the "back room" that we couldn't hear people talk right next to us. The food was also pretty bad. The good thing was the service--outstanding! Stephanie and Mike couldn't have been better."

"This was a great find. Service across the board was superb. The steak I ordered was one of the best that I have ever had. I did not sit at the bar, but I will return and enjoy doing that over pizza and drinks."

"Tried Easter Brunch. It was not crowded and they had a small buffet and you could order a few breakfast items which were small. Service was lacking. Asked if we could add another person and it seemed to confuse them even though the restaurant was only about half full. We waited and asked 3 times before they finally said they could move us to another table but we declined since it took so long. Server was not pleasant or friendly and rarely stopped by. Not a lot of selection. Prime rib was far too rare for anyone at our table and an odd brunch choice. Ham would have been more appropriate for Easter. Items to order were small but tasty. Desserts were okay - not much variety and not very special for Easter - everything was brown."

"Went to Woodfire because we had a coupon. Had never been to the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance was very nice. The food was very good. We had the avacado appetizer and I had the Woodfire Cheeseburger for dinner. The waiter allowed me to substitute the fries with the side special which was mac-n-cheese. The service was prompt and courtious. Would definitely go back again!"

"On the handful of occasions that we've been to Kirby's service has been mediocre. While we had drinks relatively quickly, we were at our table for an hour before our dinner order was taken. As happened the last time, I asked for dressing on the side of my salad and it came dressed. I did not say anything about it at the time. I think that the waiter could have come back more often to check on us and take additional drink orders, it certainly would have been to his advantage.
Overall it was a fine spot for a larger group to meet, the food is relatively good and the outdoor dining ambiance is great, though it's not someplace we would rush back to."

"Enjoyed the four course Valentine's Day dinner. It was a special set menu, so I would like to visit again when we can experience the selection of the full menu. I did like the special touch of the rose for my wife at the end of the meal."

"The food quality did not match the service. Although we were about 45 min. late for our reservation on Valentine's Day night, we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very courteous and attentive. The food however was uninspiring. The pork belly was mushy and bland, the arugula and strawberry salad was tasty but had wwaaayyy too much dressing, and the steak could have used a bit more seasoning. The one standout was the mashed potatoes, which were amazing. Overall, while we were very pleased with the service, the food was not worth the $60/person. Thus, we will likely not be returning to Woodfire Kirby's."

"This was mine and my boyfriends Valentines day dinner, we went on that Saturday the 16th. So you don't have to read my entire review to get my answer, I will start of by saying. YES YES YES. Woodfire Kirby's is such a delicious, satisfying, fun, and cozy restaurant. If I could, I would eat dinner there every single night. Their wine list is long and notable, and thanks to Kevin (the manager/ wine connoisseur) we found a perfect and reasonably priced cabernet. Allison, our server, was on the ball with absolutely everything and delightful to talk to! We were sat a little bit late after our reservation time, but being in the industry, I cant complain about that. That just means the food is good and the experience is better! Which is 100% true!"

"Good food and service - special dinner events like Valentines Day are tough for restaurants as they try to keep up. Appetizers were awesome. Had to send one steak back as it was so chard over I couldn't eat it and the grade level was not at restaurant quality - too much gristle! Waiter was great though and all handled well."
