If you prefer your steak with a side of modern elegance, the Country Club, perched over the 18th hole of Wynn’s fairways, delivers on style as well as substance. With expansive windows framing sweeping views of the greens and waterfalls, this intimate spot makes an ideal hideaway from the throngs on the Strip. Chef Carlos Guía, a seasoned veteran of Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, crafts ingredient-driven chophouse fare that walks the line between cosmopolitan and comfy: shrimp and grits; gumbo with house-smoked Andouille sausage, shrimp and crawfish; brown sugar brined pork chop with black mission fig-bourbon BBQ sauce, char-broiled Maine lobster and Wisconsin veal t-bone. In addition to the a la carte menu, a six-course chef’s ‘Taste of New Orleans’ menu is also available at dinner. The Sunday Jazz Brunch, replete with live Dixieland band, interactive buffet stations and a full menu of ‘Big Easy’ inspired brunch dishes, has become a local favorite.
"Was there for the Sunday Jazz brunch and it was absolutely delicious. I thought we were in New Orleans the food was so authentic; the Gumbo was to die for. Will definitely make this our annual stop."

"Took girlfriend there for her birthday dinner. I wanted a romantic restaurant with a great view and this place was perfect. We were seated in a quiet, candle lit corner with a great view of the golf course and waterfall. Food was great and the service was excellent."

Service could not have been better. Never asked for refills, never didn't have anything we needed for our dining experience. Views of the golf course were amazing. Staff was amazing. Knowledge of the menu by the waiter was impeccable. Price was well worth the ambience, privacy, and food."

"Food was good but the service was beyond awful. It may have had something to do with the fact that Steve Wynn was eating there and all of the waitstaff was busy kissing his rear. Could only get one order off of the little kitchen menu because the waitstaff would never come around to take anymore orders.Got the unlimited champagne and had to practically beg for a second glass halfway through my meal. Only one cup of coffee, had to chase down someone for a second cup, and had to keep geting up and get my own silverware for my guests and I because when they cleared a plate, they never replaced the silverware."

"I am an avid fan of the Wynn resorts. We always stay at Wynn or Encore on our Vegas retreats. I notice a continual slipping in the food and service levels lately. This trip, our service was very slow and inconsistent. Our server did not tell us the special of the day, yet did tell the two tables around us. Our table did not have bread and butter service, yet other tables around us did. Did not see a manger in this room. 1.5 hours for two course lunch is unacceptable, even on leisure time. Apps excellent, as well as French Dip. Burger ordered medium, came out very rare. Did not send back as waited 50 minutes to get said burger Had to ask for check. Poured my own bottled water.. Sorry, Steve, but not 4 star!"

"Excellent service and food but quite high priced. This was an excellent restaurant and one of the top in Vegas but definitely not cheap. Outside of prices, everything else was ideal."

"Merri was superb! She made our night very special and memorable! Even the chef came out to greet us! Food was out of this world and must try the wine pairing. I would bring all my special family and friends to this gem."

"The waiter told us it would be the best steak we ever had along with there side dishes. We ordered the mash potatoes and the creamed corn as side dishes. He told us it was family sized side dishes enough for 3 people. When we got the side dishes there was barely enough for one person. Along with the size the mashed potatoes were nothing special"actually tasked like Betty Crocker's brand" as far as the steak goes, there was ABSOLUTELY no taste at all to the steak. All three of us agreed there was no taste to any of the steaks. The best tasting thing we ate there was the bread and butter! Way too expensive for a steak that had no flavor at all!"

"Overlooking the Wynn's gorgeous golf course waterfall, delightful brunch fare from a buffet and the kitchen (small plates of bread pudding french toast, eggs vesuvio, omelettes) compliment the carvery and seafood bonanza."

"I guess the fact that we are planning a return visit says it all, It may be expensive but it is worth the money, Food, service and ambience are all first class. The shrimp and grits were exceptional. It could have been an entree instead of an appetizer. The soups were superb and my friends burger was done to the degree she ordered it."

"Beautiful setting overlooking the 18th hole and waterfall at Wynn. While we've eaten there many times, this time the food was not as good as other times... Expensive... not to do on a budget..."

"This is an elegant and delicious way to spend an evening. The steaks are the best in the world. The vegan menu is far from ordinary. The restaurant doesn't turn up the music in order to distract you from the food or your friends. Lovely!"
