"Sadly, the food was just mediocre. Nothing special. We have been there before and I remembered it being much better. Hard to believe in such a small restaurant that service could be bad, but it was. It was terrible. When our meals were served, our server asked if we wanted more wine, we said yes. It wasn't until after we finished our dinners that our wine served. No apology and no asking if we still wanted it."

"THis is a wine bar, not a white tablecloth place with an extensive menu . Food was very good, but go for the wines. You can try 3 oz sizes of many wines, and it is a treat. There is a lounge with soft seats and covered floor, but that was reserved on a midweek night. We ate at a table in a bar with hardwood floors and no tablecloths. Pleasant, but a bit too harsh for a meal... Overall, good experience. Server very knowledgeable about the extensive wine list. Very reasonable prices."

"It's nice for a glass of wine or two before going to another restaurant for lunch/dinner. Our group didn't care for the tapas portions and the regular price. The ambiance was nice. I'd definitely got there for a drink but would end up at the Larapin or LaCucina for food. The food was okay, nothing special and the price was riduculous for the amount; unless you are the fussy type that like to pay a lot for small plates."

"The food was great and so was the wine. We had reserved a spot in the lounge by the fire however were told when we came in that the area was reserved for a large party. We were disappointed that we had to sit in the small bar area. Some of the table were cramped. The owner/manager seemed overwhelmed when we arrived at 11:45 a.m. even though we were the first guests of the day the place opened at 11:30. Our server was very nice but you could see that she was trying to do many things at once. It seemed that a second server would have been helpful based on the group they had coming."

"We ate here on a Saturday night to celebrate Valentine's Day. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helped us navigate the impressive wine list. If you love wine, come here! They have a huge list of by-the-glass options, and you can also order a 3 oz. taste. We ordered an appetizer, salads and entrees and the courses were perfectly paced. I had a flatbread with olive tapenade and it was outstanding. For dessert, the waiter suggested a glass of ice wine and we couldn't have been happier with the wine! This was a fanstastic dining experience!"

"We happened on this delightful wine bar en route to Philadelphia. The wine list is extensive and the prices are very good: much lower than Washington, DC, where we live.
Much of the food was excellent: the de-constructed strawberry, orange, arugula, cheese and nut salad was amazingly fresh and light for February; the fig/proscuitto flat bread was delicious. One person loved the pork entree. Salmon and black olive tapenade flat bread were okay, but not great.
The staff were welcoming and the server very helpful, but it took a long time for us to get our check, despite trying to get our server's attention.
I would certainly return if in the area: will try to stop there again when driving on I-95 in that a"
