An Irish-Victorian Bar and Restaurant, just steps from Times Square and numerous Broadway plays. The interior has a distinctly late 19th century feel with wooden furnishings brought from Belfast, Ireland. Serving a wide range of domestic and international beers (30 on tap and 30 bottled). A great selection of whiskeys and wines, including some excellent wine from the Langtry Winery in California where Lillie herself owned and lived for a time.
The food is traditional Pub Fare, including soups, salads, stews, fish and steaks. Lillie's serves food from 11am - 2am. The Irish Breakfast is served all day. Brunch is served on the weekends from 11am to 4pm.
"A small restaurant with a retro theme that surrounds you with antiques collected from around the world. Limited menu for dinner, much better for a light lunch or snacks with drinks- mostly an upscale retro bar. It could be cozy and romantic despite the small and larger hi-top bar tables and long sweeping bar counter but the hard rock music GREATLY detracts from the atmosphere. Service is good but servers should dress more to the theme rather than piercings, neck and lower arm tats and spandex. Probably best as a late night place for drinks. Nice salad but burger was not fully cooked though it was huge and had interesting "trimmings". Not sure if I'd go back."

"I arrived at at 1:00 and let the server know I needed to be out by 1:50 for a business meting. I ordered fish and chips 5 minutes later. 15 minutes later, she told me they had no fish and chips that day. I changed my order to a burger, and reminder he that I was in a hurry. 15 minutes later, still no burger... I finally got my food at 1:45, 40 minutes after ordering, and 5 minutes before I had to leave. The burger was fine, at least what I could tell while trying to quickly eat it before I left. In the restaurants defense, they didn't charge for my meal."

"Unfortunately for us this was a hot spot for the happy hour crowd. The service was slow and our table was adjacent to the bar and folks were backed up at the bar against our table. Food was ok but not remarkable. This would probably be a good place for lunch."

"Stumbled on this gem after seeing the Book of Mormon matinee...it's almost directly across the street, but it was like stepping into another world. What an amazing place. 20-ft ceilings, 40+ seat bar. I strained my neck looking around at the over-the-top Victorian decor. It's a treat for the eyes as much as the palate. Our server was super friendly but not overbearing, and the menu had something for everyone. We all enjoyed our meals immensely. I'll definitely be back."

"We went there on a sunday evening. It was very quiet there, but it was way too cold inside. We were sitting in the back, so it was not because of the door in the front. Two of us took the vegetarian quiche. When I went to Lillies 17th street, I took this dish as well. There it was very tasty. Here, it was terrible. There was no taste in it and the crust was soft and it seemed more like a tart-crust instead of one for a quiche. The lillies burger and beef sandwich were good. It's a pity of the quiche, otherwise we came back for sure. Now, I don't think so."

"This place is SO close to being really amazing! The ambiance is exactly the reason I wanted to try it out, but between the erratic mix of music playing (seriously, everything from country to 80s) did not assist in bringing the place to life for how much they went with a Victorian theme. I'm not saying they should be playing harpsichord music, but some light jazz in the background would have been much more preferred. Also, the two large televisions showing sports did not make this place any different than the Irish pubs in the neighborhood."

"Lillie's Time Square has a charming Victorian decor, a vibrant bar scene, an extensive menu with something for everyone. The prices are very reasonable too. Definitely a neighborhood gem that was an excellent pre-theater choice (once told we had an 8:00pm curtain 2 blocks away our food order was there so quickly we had time to linger before we had to head to the theater). Glad that tourists haven't invaded this great little Times Square gem."

"Had a little trouble using my gift card. The server thought it was a loyalty card, or something like that, and it took about 10 minutes to sort things out. Other than that it was a pleasant experience."

"Five ladies had brunch before Sunday matinee. One had to send back Bloody Mary (way too much horseradish, and she should know, she bartended during college.) One had her tea get cold while she waited for cream. I specifically asked that my eggs Benedict be very lightly poached and I shouldn't have been surprised that one was ok and the other hard poached. I asked for another and was brought a single poached egg in a cup, no hollandaise. We noticed that there were only three girls running the whole place and one was constantly texting. Our waitress tried hard but she was obviously overwhelmed. We will choose another place next time."

"I was very disappointed in the service. Lilli's is an Irish themed restaurant/pub. We had reservations for brunch. I wanted the full Irish breakfast that was advertised on the menu. They had no brown bread, no soda bread, no scones. I was able to get Irish breakfast tea. It took 15 minutes to get the creme. I had to order a second pot of tea. The breakfast order was wrong on most of my parties' order. The coffee was cold. The toast had no butter. The eggs were wrong. The bloody Mary was too spicy. If you asked the waitstaff for anything it took a very long time."

"Here is the problem with Lillie's... The food is wonderful... The seating is atrocious... Small tables with high chairs ensure that everyone is uncomfortable.... Other than that is great..."

"Lillie's is an absolutely beautiful place filled with Victorian treasurers. We loved the atmosphere but found the food to be reasonably priced but bland and overcooked. My husband coffee tasted like it had been sitting in the pot for days. He asked for a fresh cup and it was no better so I am not sure if it was their coffee making system or their coffee. My sausage rolls were cooked to death as was my husband's short ribs.
Would return for a drink before/after a show but don't think we will eat there again."

"The decor was outstanding. The staff seemed very attentive. I have several comments. Although we had a reservation, the table we were given was undesirable as it was right near the door and it was cold. Had we walked in this would have been great, but we had reservations. We were told that the back part of the restaurant was being held for larger groups with reservations. The food, although good, was served lukewarm instead of hot. Finally, the music was incredibly loud and my friend and I had a hard time hearing each other. If this was happy hour it would have been fine but it was around 1 PM and very few people were sitting at the bar. We had to ask several times for it to be lowered and, when it was, it was only slightly lowered an"

"My husband and I had dinner here and loved the over-the-top Victorian decor and great pub-style food. Even though we are senior citizens and the noise level was high, we loved the atmosphere. We sat at the back of the room on a high banquette and had a great view of the whole scene. Would definitely go back."
