"Service is always friendly and efficient, but tonight it was exceptional, particularly for a busy night. Server knew the menu really well and asked specific questions to ensure that specific dietary needs (celiac, vegetarian) for several in our party (of 10!) were met."

"I have eaten at Monteaux's several times and I really like Monteaux's. The atmosphere is friendly as is the staff. Also, the select of food is great. Unfortunately, they seem to be very inconsistent when it comes to execution. During our latest trip there, we had to send several dishes back due to problems with the order. When I got my meal(Spicy Meatloaf, asparagus, and potatoes) it was almost stone cold. But, by that time, we had already sent two items back, so I gave up and ate it cold. (From the way it tasted, I expect it would have been great if it were the proper temperature.)
At this point, I don't think I'll be able to convince my wife to back. Which is too bad."

"Wife and I had a great valentine experience, only complaint was beef medalions was 4oz thin slice for $30. Wifes dinner of Chicken Wellington was well per portioned and taste was outstanding. Service was excellent and was seated right away."
