"It is a great restaurant with great food and drinks! Happy hour is awesome! And although it isn't a "kid's restaurant", they have a kids menu and the amount of Mac and cheese they got for $5.95 was amazing! Also it was the best Mac and cheese I have ever tasted! A wonderful treat!"

"First time here for lunch and it was just as good as prior visits for dinner. A friend and I had a pizza (pear, walnut, goat cheese and something else) and it was delicious and definitely big enough for the two of us. Our waiter was also great, checked in as needed but didn't hover."

"A group of 5 folks celebrated my birthday there and it was awesome! We felt like we could relax and enjoy our dinner and conversation and the waiter was very attentive. We all enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Reminded me of a New York restaurant and I will be coming back. I also loved that I could make reservation on line and that although I was early (10 min), the hostess was prepared to seat me while I waited for friends. Thanks so much for a wonderful evening. Great addition to our neighborhood area."

"We usually really enjoy Twigs. This Sunday however the food was sub-par. My salad tasted like old lettuce and not real crisp. My husband seared ahi appetizer had a weird texture and he didn't finish it. Very unlike him. Hope it was just an off nite or maybe Sunday's aren't a great day to eat dinner at Twigs. We've been there many other times with great experiences."

"After hearing all the hype about Twigs, what a MAJOR disappointment. I had a reservation, was seated, and then it took more than 12 minutes to even be acknowledged by the waiter. Did not get my first drink until after 26 minutes, food was mediocre and even though we ordered our second drink before we finished our first, it still took over 15 minutes to get. When some one else brought our appetizer we had to ask for silverware, and then he brought us napkin-wrapped utensils that are apparently used for your lunch crowd. Our waiter was more interested in talking exercise than worrying about his guests. We won't be back nor recommend it to anyone!"

"We went there on Valantines as a family. My son ordered the Fish Tacos which he did not finish, all you tasted was paparika. I ordered the Prawn Linguini which had very little flavor. My husband and other son ordered the steaks, they had lots of flavor but my husbands was under cooked. We did try 3 desserts they were tasty. The table next to us odered the Drunken Donuts By the reaction they were great! The protion sizes are good but the prices are a little steep. The ambiance of the resturant is nice for either a romantic dinner or a family night out. We will go back again to try the Drunken Donuts."

"Took our two girls, aged 2 and 4, with us for a late dinner. They were very accomodating and brought out kids menus. Even though the kids menu was pretty standard, the quality of the spaghetti they chose was excellent (we snuck a taste!). Our girls did just fine, but you know how your kids will behave at a high-end restaurant, so plan accordingly. We adults ordered an appetizer and a gourmet pizza to share and it was the perfect amount of food. We had made reservations and arrived about 5 minutes early, but our table was ready and waiting, and right beside the fire, too, which was welcome on a chilly February night. Thanks for a great experience overall!"

"The entree menu is rather brief, but evidently additional entrees are to be added soon. For seared ahi appetizer is rather pricey, but nicely done. The tomato confit that accompanies the ahi is delightful. Each of the dishes we have tried has been quite tasty.
For a place that calls itself a "martini bar" seems to have trouble with their drinks service. My husband ordered a jalapeno cilantro margatini and got an appletini instead. The proper drink was subsequently delivered, but that meant the lady at the NEXT table was still waiting for HER drink. I ordered a gibson (not one of their signature drinks), what I got was a martini. A subtle difference.
At least the service is reasonably prompt."
