"We really enjoyed the food at Grissini, but the ambience was a bit to dark and dated. When you walked in the staff and owner are very friendly and welcoming, but when you are sitting at the table, it is very dark and not as lively as the staff."

"I am so glad I found this restaurant.

Giuseppe, greeted us at the door and took the time to introduce himself, Not usual for most restaurants you visit today.

The ambiance and background music were nice additions to our dining experience.

It would be nice if they had a garden setting for outside dining.

The service is as close to cruise ship perfect I have found on land.

Patrick was a superb waiter, taking care of our every need.

The food was excellent well prepared,the special Artichoke Salad was divine.

The Eggplant Parmesan was wonderful.

The Belgium Chocolate Mousse was truly unbelievable."

"Overall, I would recommend Grissini. However, it is not without its flaws. We arrived for our reservation 45 minutes early, understanding that we would not be seated until a table became available. However, instead of just telling us to have a seat and wait, we were ushered to the bar so we could drop 30 bucks having a couple of glasses of wine. I thought this was a tad bit unprofessional. Moreover, we ultimately were not seated until 20 minutes after our reservation. Lastly, we were never officially checked-in and therefore had trouble getting our points thru opentable. Now for the good news. Once we were seated, the waiter was nice and food was delish. I hope that Grissini does not lose it way, it is a great place!"

"We walked in and immediately liked the atmosphere! It was
Valentines Day and very busy. This was our first time here and
the service was lousy. We were assured by another couple in
The restaurant that the service is normally great, but due to the

"Had been there once before with friends and had a good experience. Perhaps valentines day does not bring out the best. Service was slow, food was so-so and wait staff need training on how to clear dishes before trying to cram more stuff on the table (forcing me to hold empty dishes above the table while rearranging). "I went here dinner on Valentine's Day. It was packed even though most of the people waiting have reservations from OpenTable. My appointment was set to 8:30pm and we arrived there 30 mins earlier. However, my wife and I got a table after 9:30pm. Not a pleasant wait, but once we sat down, everything went very well. Service was quick and food is awesome."

"With all of the choices these days to eat a decent Italian mealin our town. Grissini's doesn't measure up. Their prices are on the high side for a restaurant that has serves mediocre food. We were not happy with our seafood dinners & the owner not only argued with us but had the audacity to curse as he was leaving the table & then charge us $7 to split a pasta dinner that had shrimp from the freezer. Bottom line we will stick to our favorites.. rustico, Marcellos. Toscanova, Farfalla & Bellini Osteria.."
