Located in a beautiful Victorian house, Becca's Restaurant (named for the chef’s 12 year old daughter) is a BYOB using locally sourced products and organics when possible. All breads and flat breads are homemade and baked on site. All of our pastas are homemade as well and we offer a 3-course Pasta Tasting for $30 per person every night. We also offer an Ultimate 6-course Chefs Tasting. We also offer gluten-free and vegetarian options.
"Oh, Becca's...I wanted to like you. I made reservations for my myself and my Mom for Mother's Day. I was interested in trying somewhere new. Our entrees were a feature, Filet Eggs Benedict. Our waitress never asked either one of us how we wanted our steaks cooked. When the dishes FINALLY emerged, both were RED. I don't mind my steak rare but my mother certainly does. Now, while the steak was taken and re-fired quickly, our waitress had the audacity to say "Next time you order a steak, make sure you specify how you want it cooked." Um...NO, how about next time you take an order, you ASK?! As charming as the place is, we won't be returning."

"We dined recently on a very quiet evening and had a wonderful time. The restaurant substituted lobster for the shrimp in our delicious flatbread, and it was practically an entree in itself. I had a wonderful piece of cobia over a superb crab risotto and my wife had the aptly named Monk Fish "Osso Buco" with a mushroom ragu. We both had enough for lunch the next day. Our server, Ariel, was both professional and friendly. We are looking forward to dining on the patio here over the summer."

"Saturday's dinner was not up to expectations. We've dined at Becca's for years but never before have we experienced such poor service (we had to ask for utensils, and that empty dishes be cleared away...) plus the food was not its usual quality. My lobster presentation was lovely, but was overly cooked so I had to pry it from its shell. The lamb stew was less-than-memorable, served on a huge helping of couscous. We're unsure of the problem that night, but will take a break from Becca's in hopes with time they will solve it."

"Attended brunch on Mother's Day brunch on 5/12. We reserved a table at 2:00, butit wasn't quite ready when we arrived. Waited another 10 minutes before being escorted to our lovely table on the second floor. Our waiter who did not come to our table for some time, was in quite a hurry reminding us that they needed to get ready for their dinner seating. He wanted us to order as quickly as possible because of this. We ordered quickly but it was a while before we were served our meals. I ordered the veggie omelet which contained two pieces of zucchini and one or two dollops of goat cheese...not too good. The seafood medley had quite a few pieces of shell in it, too. Coffee and tea were tepid. Overall experience was only mediocre."

"Went to Becca's for Mother's day Brunch and the meal was far less than stellar. We went for brunch about a month ago and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I think they got slammed for Mother's Day and the food was just not very good. We expected the nice very tasty bread basket. What we got was vanilla to say the say the least. One of our diners ordered the challah french toast which needed to go back because the bread was stale and uneatable. The second one wasn't significantly better. At that time, we were told that challah is a fairly dense bread. We told the waitress of our ethnicity so we know "just a little" about challah. Beccas was good in the past and I am just hopeful that it will return to good standing on our next visit"

"Food was pretty good except one the fish for one member of our party was not completely cooked and was sent back. No apologies. Service was awful. They messed up a couple of orders then agrued with us about it. No one asked to refill waters nor were salad and apetizer dishes ever cleared from the table, even after the entrees arrived!"

"Upon entering the inside is beautiful and comfortable feeling. We ordered coffee and orange juice and a round of waters. After 15 minutes we finally recieved our water and cold coffee. To sum this up we waited an hour and half for entries that never came. I have no idea where our server disappeared to. My dad went downstairs to find someone, he was told they would find out what was going on. No one ever came to help us or tell us what was happening. After 1 hour and 15 miutes we left. Not once did they apologize for the horrible service, or for ruining a great mothers day brunch...nothing. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Go to bridge street."

"I was looking for someplace special to take my wife to celebrate our anniversary and wanted a new restaurant. This was my first visit to Becca's, though I had heard many positive reviews from friends. I booked through Open Table, and had left note indicating it was my anniversary and I would like to have a quiet, scenic table. I did not know if it would matter, but I thought I would try. Upon arrival, hostess led us to the back room, and seated us at a table by the window, overlooking a quiet neighborhood scene. Our waitress greeted us and happily congratulated us on our anniversary. Food was excellent. At the end, each of our dessert plates arrived with the phase "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate on the side of the plate!"

"I chose this spot because it was central to several of the family, but with some trepidation due to the mixed reviews on service. We were absolutely pleased with the level of service and attentiveness by all the servers to our group of 14, especially on such a busy day as Mother's Day. They easily accomodated our requests and were pleasant in doing so. Loved the way they wrapped our doggie bags - in heavy duty foil to resemble a handbag with a handle.. will defintiely return!!"

"Took my girlfriend here - she agreed, One of, if not the best, meal we've ever had. Lobster Bisque was as perfect as it could it possibly be. Homemade breads were heavenly. Short rib and caramelized onions flatbread, Cobia wtih crab risotto and Diver scallops with Quinoa in a citrus dressing - It was just a fantastic experience all the way around. Highly, highly recommended!"

"Wait staff needs more training. Prices are high, but food is not worth it. Pasta dish was so heavy that I couldn't eat it. Waitress never came back to check on us until we were finished eating. Water glass was empty throughout meal. Wait staff was busy talking in the corner. The whole experience was disappointing."

"The food was very good. The fresh, homemade bread was incredible. I love that the food is sourced locally, organic and grass fed. The waitstaff was efficient when we told them we were on a timeline; however, I wish they had been more personable. For the location and overall appearance of the restaurant, I felt the prices were fairly elevated. If they fixed the exterior appearance of the restaurant, this would greatly improve the overall feeling diners have when visiting Becca's."

"This was our third visit to Becca's and each visit has been better than the last. The food is wonderful and not dishes that appear on the average menu. "I am an organizer of a large book club. With less than 1 weeks notice Becca's was able to provide excellent service and a private room for our meeting. I did not request the room, they were kind enough to offer.
The food was incredibly delicious. I had seafood crepes which were beautifully served and tasty.
Another plus with Becca's is the large parking log with easy access. Phoenixville has many restaurants but few are able to provide on premises parking."

"Nice restaurant setting. Tables were not too close together, so even if it was a full room, I believe it would not have been too noisy. We were there for a birthday celebration. The waitstaff presented the birthday girl with a small complimentary dessert for celebrating with them. It was very kind! Everyone enjoyed dinner and felt well taken care of. I plan to be back to try the summer menu!"

"The menu is supposed to be seasonal and they apparently switched to their spring menu, which for some reason still featured quite a few items I would associate with fall or winter.
We decide to order the Lobster bisque, Caprese and Crab and Avocado to start. The bisque was delicious - slightly salty and creamy with sea-sweet pieces of lobster knuckle punctuated with studs of crispy croutons.
Entrees were less thrilling and not well executed.
Service started out good but took a nose dive as restaurant filled with matrons."

"Not sure what all the "hype" is for this place. My husband and I dined here for the first time and had one of tge worst meals we've had in quite awhile. The service was not good--our waiter had 2 large parties he was serving in another room and gave them a lot of attention therefore forgetting about us. Our dinner took 2-hrs for 4 dishes... we sat in a room alone for a majority of the time. We were served the wrong flatbread after waiting 45-mins with no food... the caeser salad was average on a lunch plate for $10, blah. Scallop special was not good, my husband's cannelloni sitting in a pool of oil... never again!!!"

"Had a wonderful dinner with good friends! BYOB is a real bonus! The soups were all fantastic as was my friend's Caesar salad. She ordered a sea scallop special that was amazing. The rest of had fish dishes which were all excellent as well. My one slight complaint was that the main dishes could have been hotter, but otherwise delicious! Service was excellent and the restaurant's décor is quaint, romantic, and has great ambiance. We will be back!"

"Started off with the guys having a small amount of menu options, but that was due to the fact that they will not eat seafood. Quite a bit of seafood laced food on the menu, so beware if you don't enjoy it! Lobster Bisque appetizer was good. Light tomato and cream with generous pieces of lobster. Could have been a bit less tomato flavored, and more lobster based though. Short Rib flatbread pizza appetizer - (Friend ordered as an entree) was huge. Plenty for an entree size. Large pieces of meat adorned a wheat flatbread. Short Rib Cannelloni - Very big portion size. Nice light tomato and olive oil sauce. Pasta was tender. A bit light on the meat. Fettucini with chicken and roasted peppers - Large portion, nice flavor"

"This was our third time for brunch and each time we have both ordered the same.. seafood crepes and filet benedict. The first two visits (Mother's day and Father's day)it was absolutely wonderful and this time, it was obviously not of the same quantity or quality. Instead of a basket of pastries, we had a small plate with an assortment of 4 pastries. The melon was tastless and the kiwi had the peel on and was hard and sour. Although the crepes were huge and the plate overflowed with cucumber salad, the amount of seafood and size of the pieces in the crepes was much less than before. Also the filet was smaller and not of the same quality. If we had not been there before, it would have been very good. Sadly to say I don't think we'll go back."

"Easter brunch. My husband and our 2 teenagers went there for brunch, $20 PP Started with fresh fruits, orange juice and coffee.
Husband had a fantastic meal:steak and my daughters and I had the oldest french toast ever. We ate only 1 off the 3 pieces. Portions were large but the french toast was so very very dry not soaked with egg at all."

"Although the food was good, the service and organization was disastrous. The lack of experience of the extremely young upstairs bus staff created an unappealing and distracting environment. It took at least 30 minutes for the young, clueless girls to set one table, which they did by removing place settings from other tables, and a chair from our table mid-meal.At one point, our waiter and these young ladies got into an argument over who was removing plates, flowers, etc. from other tables. Our waiter was so occupied by the setting of this one table, that our service lacked as a result. Also, our bacon was served burnt to a crisp. Perhaps hiring an older, more experienced staff would alleviate some of these issues."

"I was a first time diner when I made my reservations, and we will definitely be returning. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. We did the 6-course dinner, which was PHENOMENAL. Not one medicore course was brought out. Every bite was heaven. The appearance of the restaurant itself was very quaint. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. "The chef is adept at food parings with offerings that change with the available local seasonal ingredients. This is our second visit to Becca's in the last 2 months as we really enjoy the food. The service on both occasions was lack luster, servers were nice enough but were just not well versed in the menu or how to properly serve. This could be a real gem if the wait staff were better."

"This was Our 1st experience dining at Becca's Restaurant and we were impressed. We liked our seating arrangement. We thought that the setting had a certain romantic quality and that was what we were looking for that night. We had Great Service. We loved our meals. And, We did not suffer from "sticker shock" when we got the bill. We talked about going back to the restaurant (for a return visit) on the ride home. We were very impressed and We would highly recommend Becca's to others."

"We had another wonderful meal. Our waitress, Louise was a sweetheart, and her recomedation for the Scallop special was excellent. I opted for the three course pasta sampler and had the lobster bisque followed by the cannolini with braised beef and cheese filling. Desert was the third course and I had the apple crisp with vanella ice cream which we shared."

"Wow. hard to write a good review when the service was so terrible. Lets start with the good. Our soups were delicious and the main courses were good. NOw to the bad... The waitress, bus girl were clueless. Worst service I may have ever seen anywhere. It took till after our soups to get bread and water at the table. This was after it took 15 minutes or more for soup after placing our order. When we asked for the bread we never received we were told, "I'll see if I can find any" It was as if she was going from table to table to find unused bread. The waitress never really check on us, even following the meal delivery. It took 2 hours for dinner becuase the waitress was so slow. It was a disappointing evening due to poor service"
