"We were having an early Mother's Day celebration and discovered this restaurant through the open table web site. We had an outstanding experience and the service was fabulous as well as the food and wine. We will certainly return - it was a special meal!"

"Though we were the only ones in the restaurant for most of our time, the service was not good. We noticed the server helping himself to several glasses of wine, behind the bar, rather than taking care of us. I ordered the daily risotto and it was more 'mush' than true risotto. Also disappointed in the $20 corkage fee. Pretty high for a place like this. And it was my wife's birthday (that's why we went there to celebrate) and there was no mention or even the customary complimentary dessert. There are much better choices in the area."

"We were very impressed with the ambiance of this restaurant and loved music, Frank Sinatra, andthat it seats a smaller number of customers. Our table was in the alcove and very nice ,quiet , but with attentive service. The beet salad was delicious and very generous as well as the lasagna. The buternut squash raviolli was a little undercooked but my husband had no trouble helping me finish it. Overall a pleasant dining experience and would return in the future..."

"If you didn't live in the neighborhood you would never find this place. This is one time a Groupon paid off. We had a Groupon to dine here so we drove out on a Sunday evening. There is probably no other reason to go out to this little town so it was such a surprise to find this Gem. Small restaurant but on a Sunday evening there were perhaps 6 tables full. Everything we ate was wonderful. Wine prices weren't bad. Did I say the food was good? ;-) Good and nice size portions. We had a party of three and all three guests gave it 2 thumbs up. Service was a little different as the waiter was just filling in and new at it but what would you rather have, good food and okay service or great service and okay food? The waiter was giving it 100% so I"

"The food here is outstanding. The service, unfortunately, is sorely lacking. Our server was not knowledgeable about the menu and failed to mention one of the specials. He told us the restaurant was out of iced tea, when, in reality, they just needed to brew more. Additionally, we were rushed through out four-course meal and actually asked by the owner or restaurant manager to leave our table before we had finished to accommodate a large party, although we had made a reservation."

"There were five in our party for a birthday celebration and we were given a semi private table in the front. The staff was friendly and efficient and were always available when needed. The food was excellent and the price very reasonable. The wine list was extensive and we opted for the waiter's suggestions and were very pleased. We made out reservations on line and received both a confirmation and reminder email earlier in the week. I highly recommend this fine establishment."

-Waiter standoffish the whole night.
-Spoken to rudely when we tried to use a passport dining card, there are ways to politely point out fine print to a customer.

"Choice, size and quality of Appetizers and main courses were excellent. We shared the bruschetta, more that adequate. The Lamb Soup was delicious, almost a meal in itself. We both had the Veal Picatta. Prepared pefectly and delicious as well. A nice small quiet place with excellent personal, friendly service. We can't wait to go back!"

"Great Italian dishes and the portions were generous, which made the wait all worth it. The restaurant is a bit small with hardly any place to stand if you're waiting for a table. The seats were uncomfortable (almost hollow) and the room a little cold, bringing cold air from the outside whenever someone opens the main door. I would give the service a 4-star out of 5 --- which makes us want to go back and support this lovely neighborhood find."

"We had a 6:30pm reservation on Valentines Day. Place was packed--very small, no waiting area; perhaps everyone had a reservation. Turn over occurred quickly enough. Seated within 20 minutes, standing. Reasonable service once seated, but not great; 10+ minutes for bread/water, thanks to the busboy. Placed our two entre order plus salad to share. Entres arrived before the salad (had to remind them). One entre was incorrect, similar, but not same menu item. First two wines selected were not available. Ordered third, but received a different, though very good, +$20 bottle instead. They fixed this on our ticket; incorrect entre was never discussed; was correct on bill. Another 10 minute wait for card to be picked up. Not too picky, fortunately."

"Food & ambiance were good but service was poor. Our waiter said our coupon wasn’t valid for any pasta dishes (most of the menu). The coupon didn’t say it excluded pastas; in fact a pasta was used as an entrée example. Disappointing, whether due to poor advertising or an uninformed waiter. Also we felt rushed by our waiter throughout our whole meal. He was impatient to take our order, clear dishes, bring our bill – even trying to take our unfinished wine bottle. We felt like second-class diners because of our coupon; not the way to earn a repeat customer. Maybe they were just busy & needed our table, but it doesn’t matter. The poor service diminished our experience & we won’t be coming back, no matter how good the food is."

"This is our third time here and we do love the food. Service can be a bit slow as Tony does the entire room. One time we had a horribly slow experience after a ski evening and it was excruciating but last night when we went, it wasn't too bad at all. I don't like to wait long before getting my first wine!"

"Good neighborhood restaurant, but not from snoqualmie don't bother. Lamb was dry and tough. Spinach salad wilted and old. Beet salad too many greens not enough everything else. Soup, Cioppino, Canolli excellent. Service sooo slow. Bus staff tried to clear the table and take silverware away BEFORE we got our main course."
