"Awesome staff, awesome food. We came as a large group but were treated like royalty! The views overlooking Vegas were amazing. The only slight drawback was that the music was playing a bit too loud for my taste."

"The whole experience was outstanding. I took my boyfriend there for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it. Everyone knew it was his birthday, and everyone made it a point to tell him. The food was FANTASTIC as well."

"NOVE Italiano has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. The setting/ambiance is great. The service is friendly but professional. The food is great. The steaks are as good or better than the top Steakhouses in Las Vegas and we have been to all of them. The food portions are huge. Everyone associated with the restaurant you meet is welcoming. We had a birthday dinner on March 2, 2010 there for my wife and the experience was fantastic, as usual. Jerry and Travis waited on us that night and they were helpful and personable. Also excellent are Bill and Izzy. You can't go wrong asking for either pair when you visit."

"The food was excellent. The entire waitstaff was profession; quick, and almost invisible. Food appeared with flair, dishes were removed without disrupting my guests' conversation(s). Our waiter was 'Cory'. Ask for him if you get a chance to experience NOVE. He helped me provide an elegant experience for my guests by making it seem as if 'I' were the one in the know from the cocktails to the entree's through the desserts. If you want to go just for the food, it will be well worth the trip. Dining here comes at a price, but it is well worth the expense for a dining experience of this magnitude."

"Food was good. No view at all. you expect a view when dining on the 53rd floor but there is no view. Very surprised the booths were very uncomfortable and im not the only one who thought so. Wouldnt pay to go back there. To many good italian restaurants in town besides that. Service was good though."

"We went to celebrate my birthday and had a great experience. The food was excellent and of course so is the view. You might try requesting a table near the windows (if that is possible). If you are interested in the night scene I'd recommend going a little later and then heading up to the bar/dance club (Moon Bar). Very cool!"

"Service was good but almost too good. Even though the restaurant was half full, we felt very rushed. The minute we finished our appetizer, the salads were served. As we finished those, the entree was served. We were in and out of there in less than 45 minutes! I did like my pasta dish but my husband did not like his steak at all and it was recommended by the waiter.
I had asked for a romantic table and was seated at an inward facing booth next to the wait stand. (Noisy and no view of downtown Vegas.) On top of everything, it was quite expensive.
I would not recommend this for a fine dining experience."

"NOVE is an exceptional dining experience. I recently had my third visit to the restaurant and was impressed all over again by the hospitality and phenomenal cuisine. Nove is more than a posh hot spot because the management and service team make you feel special no matter who you are. The diversity of diners has no bounds and stretches from the glamourous to the infamous and to those who simply love delicious. Although you may expect Italian by the name, the menu hosts the best prime steaks in town. A signature salt-spice rubbed steak is finished with a reduced balsamic glaze that will keep this steak amongst your favorites. The chef is amazing with creative touches that bring the ordinary to extraordinary. Highly recommended and deserving."

"The Bone-In Filet Mignon at NOVE Italiano is of the best steaks I have ever had and very difficult to find. The customer focused service beginning from being accommodating of our slightly late for our reservation arrival to the great service Michael (Mike) and Gerald (Jerry) was over the top! Compliments to the Chef and Mike, Jerry and NOVE Team keep up the great service. I'll be back with 10 friends!"

"My sister and I went for a special dinner to celebrate her college graduation. We had a table separate from the entire restaurant on the upper level with an impeccable view of the strip. Our waiter was very friendly and the service overall was amazing. We had a shrimp appetizer that was one of the best i have EVER had (and I live in NYC and eat at a lot of nice places!) The meals were both tremendous as well. They even escorted us to the Playboy Club after our meal which was fun. Despite the fact that there are a ton of great restaurants to choose from in Vegas I highly recommend Nove and would love to go back."

"The food was excellent. However, we were asked to leave our table due to an upcoming reservation, and we were not finished. It wasn't appreciated, and it wasn't as though we were not spending money. We still had plenty of wine left in our bottle of Chianti.Carmine, the restaurant manager, was very nice to us about asking us to relocate to the lounge; however, there was no seating available there. It was New Year's Eve and we ended up cutting our evening short due to all of this. I'm not sure if I will return.We did not let this affect our tip to the waiter; we gave him over 20% even though the service was not impeccable."
