With the rustic Fireplace and the Western memorabilia, the Grub Steak Restaurant is the stuff of Legends! From custom aged Beef to Salmon and Halibut flown in from the Northwest, a slab of slow cooked Prime Rib as big as the plate, Hunters Mixed Grill, or Chops of Rocky Mountain Lamb, the food is legendary as well. The Salad Bar, which stretches the length of the display Grill, is included in all Dinner Entrees, as is Creamed Spinach, baked Potato, Lemon Rice, French Fries or mashed Potatoes. Our younger customers appreciate the selections on the Children’s or Young Adult menus while everyone loves our house made Desserts and Breads. The Grub Steak Restaurant gluten free menu is certified by the Gluten Free Institue.

"Grubsteak, although being a great place for lunch and dinner at any time, is FANTASTIC for Easter Brunch and Mother's Day Brunch. I try to get to both each year. For $26.95 you get everything, including omelettes and crepes cooked to order. I love the way they have separated their extensive appetizer table, the hot bar, and the TWO dessert tables. They are placed strategically around the dining room which makes the crowds separate among the four different tables so there is never much wait, if any, at the buffets. Their food is very fresh and the chef does some amazing things. The wait staff is very attentive and they make it clear they want your dining experience to be a positive one. I cannot say enough good things about Grubsteak."

"We consistantly dine at the Grub Steak and have never been disappointed. The steaks are fabulous and always cooked to our liking. The salad bar is incredible with many, many, choices. It is the best choice in Park City for a great dinner at a reasonable price."

"My first time in Utah and we want to try this place out. Food was great. I have to give F- to the server(Leah) She eas a trrrible I ever had. She came by the table teice after we got food and drop of the check. Never come back for refill my drink or pick up the payment!"

"Overall a really good brunch. We enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. We especially liked the trout, eggs benedict, and quiche. Music was nice, and service was prompt. We were very disappointed in the beef an lamb though, and would not order either of them if we go again."

"We went to the Grub Steak while in Park City for my 50th birthday celebration week. I made the resrevations on-line and it was super easy. They sent me a confirmation and two follow-up emails before our reservation.
The staff was friendly and explained the salad bar to us before we all ordered. Six different dishes from Rib Eye, NY Strip to Salmon. The salad/soup bar had enough choices itself and would have been easily satisfying on it's own. The wine menu had something for everyone and the prices seemed fair. When the meals arrived all were cooked as ordered and delicious. Not a complaint from anyone. Our waitress was great. She was attentive and knowledgable.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good, reasonable meal."

"The salad bar is exceptionally well stocked and appealing. The entrees, especially the steaks and the ribs are as good as we have had anywhere. Service friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. We thought the prices were moderate considering the quality. A must go if in Park City!"

"family style place. very casual. Great salad bar with dinner, not on Main Ave, which is nice, easy to park. Wife had the full rack of baby back ribs, fell off the bone,and delicious, I had an End Cut of prime rib, could have been more well done, but was still good. nothing special about the sides of lemon rice or creamed spinach"

"Really like the salad bar. Couple of weeks ago I had excellent halibut. Last visit I had baby back ribs which were so - so. Tender but not great flavor. Creamed spinach excellent. Our waiter was excellent. Music nice but a little too loud for table conversation - just tone it down a little. Still a great restaurant. We will be back often!"

"Went here for dinner during Presidents Day week with two famlies of four -- with kids ranging from 8 to 11. Victor was our server and he was very pleasant, informative and engaging. The group ordered a variety of steaks from the dinner menu, all of which were of good quality meat. The salad bar (included with most entrées) was a good way to start off dinner -- it had enough items (45 in all) to make it a nice starter. Highlight of the meal was dessert -- definitely save room for that. Wines were a bit pricey for my liking but there were enough sub-$100 decent choices to keep the meal within a reasonable budget."

"The restaurant was nice, the service was great, it had a quiet atmosphere and the salad bar had a very good selection of fresh items, the steak was a little tough but may have been due to ordering it cooked medium.
The price seemed somewhat high but in truth may be in line with other establishments of this type.

"My family and I drove up to Park City Utah for the weekend and we were all hungry for a good steak dinner. We randomly found Grub Steakhouse on the internet and their menu looked very good so we made reservations. We have two teenage boys and 6 month old twin baby boys and the staff at Grub was extremely accomodating and helped us get situated. Our waiter was wonderful and very knowledgable of their menu and food. My 1 son and I both had the prime rib, my other son had the full rack of babyback ribs, and my wife had the ribeye steak. We all had bites of each others meal and everything was fantastic! The best prime rib I've ever had. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great steak with friendly service."
