Relax in a warm, elegant setting and enjoy Italy’s rich culinary traditions. Over 600 wine selections, nightly chef's dinner and specials, and stained glass ceilings throughout.
"There was a great selection of entrees, such as steaks, rabbit, pork tenderloin, salmon, and chicken. I had the daily offer of the lamb chop. My dinner companion had a steak. The flavor of the lamb chop was great, but the portion was quite small at one chop. My appetizer was the buffalo mozzarella, and it was a hefty portion. However, I didn't enjoy the overly sweet tomato marmalade used to dress it up. The steak was ok, a little fatty. Overall, the prices were good, but the food was just ok, and we weren't sure we would be drawn back there. The service was very good and the ambiance is soothing and quiet. The bar looked like it might be a good place for a drink although we didn't experience it."

"We really enjoyed the food and the ambience. It was very crowded so our dinner took a while to come out, and where we were sitting was warm and a little stuffy. The food was excellent and our 12 year old found a pizza on the menu that kept him happy! It was a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday and we will definately be back."

"Despite a 7:30 reservation, had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. The specials for the day looked good, but didn't get a chance to try them because they were already all out. Were pleased with the other food we did get. Will always come back for the mushroom risotto!"

"We've eaten here several times; lovely classic Italian feel. No gaudiness. Great for an occasion or a romantic dinner, however our last visit was simply dinner with friends. Service was perfect and friendly. Everyone had a great Italian meal over conversation and a wonderful bottle of chianti. Oh, and then there was dessert!! Yum."

"We had a great date night together at Via Toscana. The restaurant is separated into different little areas, partitioned by windowed walls with about 4-5 tables per section so it gave a nice feeling of privacy and separated us from some of the families which is a plus on date night. The food was Very good. Burrata appetizer was a huge portion, we were practically full just after our app! I had the cioppino which was excellent, nice and spicy with al dente linguini. The waitress was kind enough to let us order happy hour drinks even though we weren't sitting at the bar. She was excellent, kind, attentive, and helpful, but not in that "too much" kind of way. Overall great experience and we'll be back!"

"I thought this place was really great. Originally I thought it would be overpriced and fancy but I was completely wrong. They have items for around $10 and kids meals for $5."

"The reason I gave the service a "fair" rating is because the bartender was awful! Very rude and snappy. Took her for ever to cash us out at the bar and there were only three additional ppl at the bar! However, our waitress for dinner was great! The food was also pretty good. The manager later came over and apologized and made some excuses for the bartender's behavior but honestly he should have just apologized and let it go."

"As regular diners of Via Toscana we find the food and service to be very consistant and of high quality. One peeve I have is they seem to have a problem with their sauces. There is either too much or too little on the plate."

"We have been going to Via Toscana for over 6 years. The food is always of high quality and the menu and specials are imaginative. Having spent time in the Tuscany region of Italy I can say that the menu is authentic. We highly recommend this restaurant for lovers of Italian cooking."

"Pardon my french...but this place is AMAZEBALLS!!! This is one of the best dining experiences of my life. My husband and I had been here several years before and it was excellent then, but it completely blew us away this time! We opted for the Denver Restaurant Week menu...and it was so mindblowing that we honest to God almost came back the following night for more!!! It was a Wednesday evening so it was a bit quieter but it made it super romantic for us. And I HAVE to mention that the customer service was OUTSTANDING! I didn't even think that kind of service existed anymore! Thank you Via Toscana...we will be seeing you again very soon!"

"Visited for 5280. Great menu choices, I enjoyed the pork dish while my husband had the bison. Both dishes were delicious and made sure we ate every bite. We have eaten at Via Toscana several times before and as always we left excited to return again. If you haven't been this is a 5280 not to miss!"

"We really enjoyed the ambiance of Via Toscana. The glass ceiling really plays well on the environment of the restaurant. It is a true hole in the wall and a great local restaurant; especially for many that live near the neighborhood. Even though I live about 30 minutes away. It was a surprise to learn the restaurant was located in the corner of a shopping center. Which was great since finding parking was easy. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. I cannot recall the wine I orderd, but it was lovely:) I enjoyed two glasses of it."

"My wife and I have dined at Via for 4 years on a regular basis. We selected our 5 favorite places to dine for 5280 -2013. Via did not let us down and of the 5 it came in at #1. Having visited 5 continents this last year and dined in numerous restaurants and cultures, Via still is the place we consider among the elite for well prepared meals."

"Our recent visit to Via Toscana was a business dinner with a table for 7. Since it happened to be Restaurant Week, we were able to take advantage of the special menu. I can say it was the best dinner I had ever had at Via Toscana, and was certainly one of the best dinners I've had anywhere! The ravioli appetizer, crab/green bean salad and pork braciole were outstanding. Several others at my table ordered the bison and chicken saltimboca dinners and were equally pleased. We'll be back!"

"Visited for the first time due to Denver Restaurant Week. The service was great: friendly, prompt and on top of their game. The food was exceptional, especially the pork dish which we strongly urged them to put on the regular menu."

"We've lived in Louisville for three years, and I regret not finding Via Toscana sooner. It's beautiful on the inside, and the tables are secluded. Great food, amazing wine list and a wonderful experience over all."

"Via Toscana always does it right. The nightly chef's specials are delicious with notable wines. We recently took out of town guests here telling them that only the locals really know about this little gem. They were excited to try out a restaurant with its own originality and not a chain. They were not disappointed. Note: they have had a makeover and the location still maintains its charm but is even better!"

"We have been eating at Via Toscana for many years. I am always amazed when I walk into the restaurant; it is located inside a strip mall but is decorated so well you think you are stepping into an Italian bistro. They had a special Valentine's Day menu and it was fantastic. The waiter was also very good, she stopped and answered any and all questions. Diners looked happy and content."
