Executive Chef Dirk Flanigan will be presenting an exclusive event, showcasing a sneak-peak of his upcoming venture, Il Coniglio. Chef Dirk and his wife, JB Gerolium, will be hosting a distinctive pop-up dinner, “Il Coniglio, L’Nuovo Anno,” held at Storefront Company.
The menu promises to impress, unveiling signature dishes with such delicacies as exquisite hand made pasta, “stracci farcito,” (“stuffed rags”), with duck liver, chestnut and saba; celery root soup with foie gras and madeira; and “roasted venison loin with sticks and twigs,” as one would only expect coming from Chef Dirk.
