Conveniently located in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood, not five minutes from downtown Seattle, Crow is blocks from Seattle Center and its myriad of attractions (Seattle Opera, theatres, concerts, sports, etc.). Our unique urban location combines a vibrant yet neighborhood atmosphere. We have a chef's counter and full dining room with a private dining area reservable for up to 30 people. We have a full bar and an international wine list recognized for its exceptional values. Reservations are recommended.

"Having arrived back in Seattle it was my wish to have my birthday dinner at Crow, a neighborhood favorite. Dinner was delicious and we had a lovely time. The only diappointment was the dessert. I ordered two what I thought were Sundaes and we got spumoni ice cream with a bit of chocolate sauce on the plate."

"Crow is a restaurant with an urban vibe. Very energetic, somewhat loud sound level due to the high ceilings. Excellent food very expertly prepared. The lasagne is a must try. The wait staff are very welcoming and professional. They never rush you, you can sit and visit with your friends for hours (although the hard seats make this a challenge)."

"We just found Crow while searching for a place for an early Mother's Day dinner. It was perfect - beautiful restaurant with delicious food. We all commented that we appreciated the relatively small menu because there were several things we each wanted to order without being overwhelmed by lots of extra choices.
The cheese plate appetizer was divine with a nice peachy chutney. The wine list of many great wines for $20 a bottle was fantastic - just right for our group. We all loved our dinners! My teenage nephew ordered the steak, and we were all surprised to see how huge it was. My halibut was cooked perfectly - yummy.
Would definitely go back!"

"Unpretentious attitude made the incredible food even more enjoyable. The wild nettle gnocchi were heavenly! Tiny tender pillows full of flavor. The asparagus & mushrooms added an earthy note & the touch of cheese tied the whole dish together. Lovely wine list - and so affordable. The wines by the glass were well chosen. I will definitely return."

"Absolutely the most delicious, complex gnocchi I've ever tasted. And the seasonal fish was perfect - halibut, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside atop potatoes, tomatoes, artichokes, and a wonderful reduction sauce. And the piecrust on their rhubarb pie is something my grandmother would have aspired to. Thanks for a great meal!"

"We sat at the Chef's table to be able to see and admire their work in the kitchen, and to have fellow diners to compare notes, backgrounds, and favorite dishes with. It was my birthday, and they did an outstanding job of using a piping tool to write, "Happy Birthday" in chocolate all around the border of our dessert, plus singing all the kitchen staff names on our wine cork. We really appreciated their commitment to local, seasonal food: it's spring, so we had asparagus and fava beans and spring peas as part of our delicious dinner. We'll return."

"As usual the food was very good. I apprecicate the menu with their house specialty - lasagne which is excellent. There is always a fresh special item --halibut this time -- and a vegetarian item in addition to the regular - typical menu items. This time the waitress we had did not get my before dinner drink right even though I described what I wanted. That set off the meal on a downer, but the rest of the evening and meal was very good."

"Crow was amazing! The service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. My fiance had the prosciutto wrapped chicken and I, the wild boar ragout. Both were delicious but what we really loved were the cauliflower salad (yum with the pine nuts!) and the curried cauliflower soup- so creamy! Also, I don't think you could have gone wrong with any of the desserts- the carrot cake had a good amount of frosting but wasn't loaded with it and the grasshopper sundae had great mint ice cream! Going there for Restaurant week was a steal and we will definitely be back."

"This place is so hyped that we were eager to try and maybe find a good, reliable restaurant near the opera/theatre district. It's decent but not as good as we'd hoped! The food begged for seasoning (we got a ribeye and the boar ragout). The cocktails were fine, and the wine list was pretty good. Service was friendly. Got a little loud, with hard floors and ceilings and not a lot of noise absorbers, but not overly so. All-around, a good experience, just a little let down on the taste."

"Arrived on time for my reservation, met a friend who was 10 minutes late. During the time I was waiting for her, the corner table next to us opened up. When she arrived, she noted this and we moved over to the empty table. The hostess was there a second later protesting that she needed to bleach (!) the table before anyone sat there, would we please ask first next time. Then she fussed around dramatically and finally asked us to move back to the prior table. My friend asked if there was a reservation and she said no, offered no reason at all for refusing to let us sit at the table we preferred.The food was tasty and attractive, but not worth the attitude. I won't be going back."

"In my neighborhood...they pour a mean martini. Menu is simple, changes with the seasons, always well executed from perfectly cooked fish to the lasagna. Their seasonal soups are always exceptional I miss the grilled manchego in grape leaves on ratatouille. I go pre theater with a group and they always get us out in time for 7:30 curtain. Room can be VERY NOISY!!"

"Four of us went to dinner before a show. My son had recommended Crow because he had eaten there the week before and enjoyed it. The menu was different than the usual American Fare restaurants I frequent. I couldnt decide if it was Mediterranean or Indian inspired food. We decided to order 2 chicken, 1 wild boar pasta and another rice like dish. I was skeptical, but the food was AMAZING. The flavors and aromas were intoxicating. Or maybe it was the wine. Regardless, we had a wonderful meal, the staff was attentive and friendly and we all said we would return again to share this little gem with more friends."

"The menu was very limited. There were very few items to choose from. The serving sizes were more than generous, and the service was very attentive. My husband and I both had the boar ragout, and both of us ended up having unsettled stomachs later in the evening. Maybe it was just a bad night???"

"My husband and I went to the Opera and saw La Boheme and decided to go to your restaurant. The opera was magical and dining at your restaurant was a perfect ending to a lovely date. It was relaxing and your server paid attention to us and was charming. It was wonderful, we had the three for thirty. I had the sardine salad which was sublime. The dressing was flavorful and fresh ,a perfect combination of tangy herbs and lemon. I also enjoyed the oysters as well. My husband and I will come back. We also had a lovely bottle of wine from Columbia Valley on your twenty for twenty.
I thought the menu was unique unpretentious and creative. It was a evening to remember."

"We were on our way to the opera and the staff was very tuned into this and made sure our service was quick and our bill was taken care of immediately! The food was great -- especially the chicken with brussels sprouts! Comfortable atmosphere and not too loud -- we could actually have a conversation in normal voice level. Oh, and wine: we each ordered a different wine by the glass. The server brought the bottle, gave a small amount to taste and then poured into the glass from the bottle! Nice touch. All items were priced competitively -- a little pricey for nightly dining, but a great special occasion place. Like for a night at the opera!"

"All in all, Crow was a solid pick for dinner. There is a bit of a limited menu, but every single thing we ordered was done to perfection. Loved the Mediterranean sampler appetizer. The ambiance doesn't have much of an identity, but the service is friendly, orders were accurate, glasses were kept full, and overall, our experience here was quite good. Would definitely recommend it in the area of McCaw Hall, Seattle Center, Queen Anne, etc."

"From salad to entree, the food is subtle, bright, and varied. The sardine salad (don't turn up your nose!!) with fresh greens, fennel, celery, and judicious use of citrus was excellently conceived. As to the bar, the Granhattan was great, well mixed and dangerously strong."

"The menu was not over complicated but had enough choices to accomodate any pallet. I sat at the Chef's counter so I had a first hand look at all the dishes being served, I did not see one that I myself wouldn't try. Great atmosphere with all the staff being very attentive.

"We have eaten at Crow many, many times and always enjoyed ourselves. This meal was disappointing. Our server was rather indifferent; he could have smiled a bit. The menu was smaller than usual. Not even the famous string beans and luscious pork chops were available. When I made the reservation I noted that this night was our 38th wedding anniversary and would they please bring out a small dessert with a candle on it. I also told our server that it was our anniversary hoping he would pick up the cue. No go - very disappointing. Poor customer service and communication. BUT, the food was very fine, as always. My wife had the lasagna (best in town) and I had the very moist chicken. High noise level but that is the Crow. We will return."

"The wine selection is way better than the food selection. The waitstaff is excellent. Food wasn't that great. I had the lasanga which is supposed to be what they're known for. It tasted as though the noodles were still wet and the sauce was watery as well. Definitley not worth the price."
