"The food was very good. It would probably have been better if we hadn't asked for Well Done. Made reservations so when we got there, we were seated right away. The service was good, we didn't seem to wait long for the meal. I would definitely go back and recommend it to family and friends."

"The food is always excellent - the bleu cheese filet is amazing, as is the prime rib. The atmosphere is always nice - there are quieter and louder spots, and we like both. The music is always the perfect volume, and voices don't carry, just the general buzz of people having a good time. The service is great, there when you need them but not hovering. We love the food - it is always delicious; the price is moderate but it is excellent quality and you will never leave hungry. Not an every day place for us, but definitely somewhere we love to go to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries."

"Honestly The Keg is the Macdonalds of steak world, it is what it is. The dinning room is oddly loud I don't think they have any mechanism to dampen or attenuate the noise generated by their guests as I could clearly hear what the people around me were talking about and ordering. All in all it was okay."

"I had a wonderful time dinning at the keg. I took my girlfriend there it was her first time dinning at a keg restaurant. We both enjoyed it. Good food good service and good atmosphere as always. "We had another great evening at the Keg. Asked for and received a nice quiet booth. We took our time and ordered our food in stages to make sure we had the time to enjoy it and each other. "Some of the best food I've had. The only thing I can suggest is Stick with the "old augur " dipping sauce for the prime rib. That gluten free stuff was HORRIBLE ! It was like dipping my meat into a jar of salt. But either than that , everything was fantastic !"

"Me and my boyfriend went there for a special occasion dinner. It wasn't anything special, it was very noisy, not very romantic at all (which is why we chose to go to the keg) and my food was cold when I got it. I have a gluten allergy, and when i told the server, he seemed offended when I asked him if he would let the kitchen know. I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon."

"We reserved a table with Opentable for Friday evening supper with my wife's parents. My wife and I are regulars at the Keg but her parents have never been. We were picking up the tab for their anniversary supper, so encouraged them to order what they liked. Everyone really enjoyed their appetizers, meals, drinks and dessert. Our waiter was helpful, knowledgable and always there when we needed something. It was a great evening!"

"We had a trainee serving us and he and his proctor were dynamite. There should be a basic dress code, hats, messy clothes- doesn't really make you want to go back as it was our date night. Food was nothing to rave about on either of our plates . Used to be great, but; I guess it is busy all the time anyway so there is no reason to change. I have asked in the past as a previous visit had us beside a group that was quite boisterous and even landed in our table and the duty manager had no concern when presented to her. I would go back, wouldn't rush though."

"My husband and I always go to The Keg for special occasions, we even had our wedding meal there in Niagara Falls. For this occasion we were celebrating my college graduation with friends, and it was great. The food is always delicious, our server was so nice, she had great suggestions for drinks and dessert. We stayed for over 2hrs eating, drinking, and laughing, always a good time when we eat there. Can't wait for my birthday next month so we can eat there again!"

"we have been to the keg several times previously which we were alway impressed. this time we had prime rib and lobster and prime rib and crab. i had better prime rib before. there was these very thin pieces shoved under my piece of prime rib, seemed like trying to make up enough meat to be 10 ounces. wasn't impressed with that. the waiter that we had was excellent, i unfortunately don't remember her name. if she is tracable to us that night please let her know how impressed we were. probably will give the prime rib a try again, which is normally very good

"Prime Rib was awesome (medium rare). Tried both the Chardonnay and the Cabernet by Robert Mondavi - both went weel with our meals (steak and crab). With the OpenTable reservation, we were seated right away, while over 15 people groaned as we walked through the waiting area..."

"Service was poor. Drinks for the men took ten minutes to arrive. The women's wine arrived ten minutes after that. Food arrived cold for one of us and it took another 10 minutes to get it warmed up. Had to ask for water even though there were glasses on the table."

guidelines for their table. In the past, we came as a group and got the semi circle table at the
top of the stairs and I hated it. Our booth was small but fine this time but a person who is

"Overall, when we want a great steak and a fantastic dinner, we go to the Keg. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing, 3 of the 5 plates ordered were not right when served. Our steaks were all overcooked and 3 of the 5 plates had either the sides missing or inaccurate. I hope this experience is just a one-off and our next visit will be as good as it usually is."

"The Keg has always been our "treat" place. The food has always been outstanding. But on this occasion all our meals were very substandard and very dissapointing. I couldn't beLieve we were at the keg! Our potatos were black on the outside and hard as rocks. The crab was very dry. They appeared to have been possibly the days before and just reheated. The sirloin oscar (which I have had every time for 13 years) was litterally gross! They have obviously changed their high standards... But high prices remain.Our bill was over $180 for 4 of us with only 2 alcoholic beverages. The girl who served us was amazing and the only reason I left a tip was because of her service, although she should have refused to serve those potatos. Unfortunate. :("

"Easily one of the best meals I have ever had. Went here for my 25th birthday. Amazing service. Our serber was very friendly and outgoing which was nice to see. Had some calamari for an appatizer. It rocked. Liked the different sauces. My steak was phenomenal! Nice and juicy and cooked the way I liked it. Had a a slice of cheesecake to finish off amd it was amazing as well. Eould definatley eat here again!"
