"Great dining experience. Both traditional and creative menu choices. Beautiful decor. The only negative was that we specified in our reservation that we wanted non-smoking. They initially seated us in the open front of the restaurant, where smokers are walking by. We had to ask to be seated inside."

"Pino Bianco is OK. It's not great. It's not terrible. You are essentially limited to on property restaurants at Turning Stone. There are some in Utica, a 15 or 20 minute drive, but if you want to leave the car in the garage, you have about 4 choices for dinner above the pub food or buffet level, and two of those four are very pricey. Pino Bianco is reasonable considering the location and essentially captive audience. I guess the best way to say it is, you probably won't hate it, and you might like it. I doubt you'll love it."

"I ordered the lobster tail. I could not eat it as it was covered in old bay seasoning. I explained to the waitress. She offered me another without the seasoning. I declined and switched to veal parm, which was very good. I was shocked at how salty the lobster was!"

"Dinner started with bread and accompaniments. There was a chickpea and garlic spread that was delicious, along with a selection of olives and a chopped tomato spread. My wife had a shrimp and pasta dish, while I had the haddock francaise. The haddock was light and flaky, in a wine sauce where the lemon was bright and not overpowering. My wife said her shrimp dish was excellent.
We were underwhelmed by the "ambiance" however. Even with reservations, we were seated next to the casino's hallway, by the display menu. Essentially, people in track suits kept standing by our table. There seemed to be plenty of seats elsewhere, so we wondered why we got such a terrible spot."

"The place looked great. The menu was enticing. The food however was a different story. I ordered the Lobster Ravioli and when the dish came is was 7 ravioli with a bland sauce and some balsamic vinegar splashed in. It was more like an appetizer than a main course. I have had better. For the $28 I spent I should have gotten a Steak."

"At first the hostess was a bit rude and not up to my expectations. We had reservations for 5pm and were seated by 5:10pm. Once we were seated our waitress was great and the management was good. Lots of empty seats as we left so I'm not sure how important reservations are even though the casino insists they are. Great food and once you're inside its a great experience."

"We were very dissapointed. The service was slow, our steak was over cooked after waiting an hour for it to come out. I was disappointed in the decor of the restaurant, It didnt look anything like an Italian restaurant and lacked character. I feel for the price we paid for a dinner, It should have an upscale feel and food should come out perfect. I would never go back nor would I recommend it."

"This wasn't my first trip to Pino. I've always enjoyed the food and service. My only recommendation if you are going is to ask for a seat inside, and not on their "patio". "My fiance and I decided that this year we were going to celebrate our valentine's day on the weekend to avoid stress. I made our dinner reservations here because I saw great reviews and I'll tell ya, this place is better than anything you'll ever read about it. Our waitress, Robin, was the nicest person I've ever met and she was so open and warm to us. The bread is to DIE for, and don't get me started on the antipasto or shrimp scampi. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We were seated by the entrance of the restaurant and yet it still felt intimate to us."

"Great service and delicious food. Our waitress was very friendly and constantly checked on us, even though it was clear she had several other tables. Even the waiter refilling the water was friendly. It was our first experience at Pino Bianco, but it will definitely not be our last."

"Having lived in Italy for a few years, we found Pino Bianco food as authentic as you could get. The calamari was tender and cooked perfectly. My wife had steak and the shrimp appetizer which was outstanding. I had the veal special with linguini that had outstanding taste and texture. The wine menu is very good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place with outstanding service."

"The atmosphere was very nice at this resteraunt. We had 9 in our party and the service was very good. When I was selecting a resteraunt at TurningStone I thought that the selection on the menu was good and that the prices were reasonable compared to the other choices. My dinner was good,I had the veal parmasean. The portion was large. My husband had prime rib, an end cut and unfortunately his piece was very dry. Other than that everyone was pleased with their choices. Overall it was a good choice and I would go there again."
