"Went here for a small business lunch (4 of us). The food was fantastic and we were all able to hear each other well, as there was little background noise. The only downside was that it took a very long time for us to get our bill. As we are in DC, I like to assume that restaurants would be quick with these steps, as they should know that folks need to get back to their offices. Aside from the slow service toward the end and the fact that I never actually got the iced tea I ordered (we were not charged for it), this was a great spot."

"It took several minutes for a server to come to our table, and then one finally did, but then another server came up after her and told us he'd be our server. Our second server did a great job, but I was very disappointed in the food. We shared some wine and the crab and artichoke dip, and we both found the dip to be under seasoned and lacking in flavor. It pretty much just tasted like crab and cream sauce without any added flavored or seasoning. The wine list was great though, and very reasonable priced."

"Went with a group of friends on Valentine's Day. We got there a little later than a normal dinner time, so we didn't sit down until about 8:45. It was fairly empty to my surprise (because Open Table's availability was so limited). Anyway, our server was awesome. From helping us pick a wine (actually choosing - we told him to surprise us after narrowing it down) to giving free macaroons for the whole table (3 each!) for dessert. Maybe he felt bad for the single ladies with no dates, but we were not sad at all. :) Anyway, I got the scallops risotto which was quite tasty. The scallops were excellent and the risotto was pretty good. We got the crab dip as an app and that was pretty good as well. I'd recommend trying it!"

"Great place for a sandwich or casual meal, have been several times, the food is always good and the service friendly. They have some good happy hour deals. I have found this place to be much better than many hotel restruarants."
