"Not impressed with the food and the price was high for the quality. The steaks were very overcooked, inedible for one. The pasta dishes are good but the steaks are terrible. This is my 3rd time eating there and second time eating steak. Haven't had a good steak there yet."

Have always had a great, quiet dinner there but tonight a family in the corner had 2 small children who were behaving very, very badly... and the parents (and grandparents) seemed not to notice or even care. Even when we said something, no one went over to ask them to control their children."

"disappointed in service - the waitress spilled my dinner (fish) on my daughters coat and really wasn't too concerned. the manager did step up to pay for the cleaning which she will do. also, her service to us was the fact we felt a little ignored thru dinner."

"Steak was rare when ordered med-rare took one bite and took it home to waste away. Servers were grouped together talking at the bar since it was very slow which effected our meal, such as water refills and my problem with undercooked steak"

"7 of us went to Caprice on a Friday night for my birhtday. It was my fisrt time going. All of us enjoyed our meals. The appetizer stuffed acorn squash was delicious. My chicken was fresh, light and very tastie. We ordered 2 bottles of wine and had mixed drinks . The price for 7 of us was reasonable and one of the guest had gotten a coupon from the internet which he payed 35 dollars but it was worth 80 that was so nice in todays world. We all will be back soon. I have already recommened the restaurant to my family and friends. See u soon. Thanks"

"The waitstaff took their time getting to our table and delivering the food. Part of my order arrived but I had to wait almost 5 mins for the pasta side dish to arrive. Even the delivery of the bread was slow - the table next to us came in after us and received their bread first. They also didn't acknowledge that this dinner was for a birthday. I had put it on the reservation form when I made it - it went totally unnoticed."

"This was our first visit here...my brother, his girlfriend, my girlfriend and myself.
The food was pretty good, service was a bit slow, but we had a waitress who was fairly new and the place was pretty busy, so there were a few "bumps" in the service that we forgave(no one came and asked for a drink order after we were seated, we had to flag down a server ...then, she gave us another table's check at the end of the meal...oops)
but she was cheerful, upbeat and apologized profusely, so that was huge.
Kind of surprised that an item such as pan seared tuna (plus the fish item that another person in our party ordered)...was served with just plain white rice...not really too exciting...yawn...

"We waited about 45 minutes for our food. When we received our plates the food was over cooked. Our waitress never returned to our table until the bill was due. We will never go there again. The decor was nice but the food and service was sub par. There was no need to be there for 2 hours when half the restaurant was empty. We were very disappointed."

"We were seated promptly in our server was wonderful. I ordered a glass of wine it took 15 minutes to receive it and when I did it was somebody else's lipstick on the glass, Then it took another 5-10 minutes to receive another glass. Bread took a while to receive and then of course we had to wait for dipping oil and by the time the dipping oil came we had eaten and all the bread, Requested more was told they were making some. I ordered a starch with my dinner never got it Going to order coffee and dessert but they had no Coffee made. The food was outstanding the service was wonderful, possibly might give it another try and see if they can do better."
