Bazaar Global Food Bar is the newest venture for the Amaya Group of Restaurants. The menu aims to combine the ingredient specificity of global flavours with the culinary finesse of casual fine dining, building recipes around fresh and seasonal produce, but using a number of classical culinary techniques as well.
