"This is a bar restaurant combination that is inside a very well appointed hotel. The restaurant did a nice job in all respects. The best feature was its proximity to the Times Union Center so it is a great choice for people with mobility issues who want to park in the adjacent parking lot before the crowd arrives.
My steak was perfectly cooked and the sauce was wonderful but very rich. The whipped potatoes were also rich and creamy and the beans were perfectly cooked. We did not feel that the bread pudding was up to standard but the creme brule was interesting.
I feel that this restaurant would work better as a bar scene for large occasions. The elevated bar overwhelms the dining area and detracts from the dining experience."

"Recommend Brunswick Stew.....still not totally satisfied with menu choices. While food has improved over the years, still a way to go especially on theater nights. Give Marianne, our wait person for doing her best to help when the bar was out of our drink choice, the dessert was metallic, chemical taste and one of our Irish coffees was mostly Coffee....."

"Second time we've had their $35 3 course dinner served before the performance at the Moran Theatre located across the street. The salmon was cooked just right and the beans and corn had a sauce which was to die for. Knowing we were attending the theatre our server was excellent, even leaving us time to run our desert up to the room for a little post show treat."

"we went for lunch after a mid-day symphony concert across the street...the location is very convenient to the concert hall and the expressway. The interior was fine although definitely "chain hotel"...I had the brunswick stew and the fish tacos which were excellent, and my friend had the panini which was also very good. The service was friendly and prompt. I normally don't eat in hotel restaurants but I would definitely go back here."

"Bad night to be there went for Valentine's day and the restuarant was not really busy but we did not there was a landscape convention going on that night and it was really lodu and not very romantic at all. We possibly could have been sat in a better area since there was plenty of other tables further away from the people at the convention. An i can say without a doubt the ribeye was the worst i have had in my life even after it was recommended by the waiter. Not only did it have no flavor but tasted like if was bought off one of the little trucks that run around town selling frozen steaks at like 12 for 20.00 dollars. Went there because 23 years ago that's where i asked my wife to marry me and i found myself apoligizing for everything"

"Although the dinner menu is very limited (3 choices for main entre), the food was amazingly delicious and presented well. A little pricey, but worth it. Not too loud but had it been busier, it would not have been very intimate. Staff was very professional."

"Juliette's would never be our choice for dinner; however, we love the convenience on show nights. After our experience on Saturday night we will go elsewhere. We did not get our drinks which we ordered upon arriving for 15 minutes. At that time, we asked if we could have some bread, since we had not gotten that either. They said they ran out and had to bake more. We finally got some bread 30 minutes after we arrived. To top that off, bill was 73.56 and we tipped 15 percent making our total 84.59. However, our pending credit payment says 88.27! I wouldn't have even tipped 15 percent let alone over 20 if I didn't feel like servers work so hard and shouldn't get stiffed unless they're downright rude!"

"We chose Juliette's Bistro for a before-theater dinner. It is very close to the Florida Times Union Center for the Performing Arts. We were a party of 6--served in a leisurely and pleasant manner yet with the awareness of our 7:30 theater time. The food was presented at the same time to us all and everyone was pleased with their choice. We appreciated the 3 course menu for $35. All in all it was a good dining experience and we would do it again."

"They have a brief menu which is available for theater goers, which is a great idea. It ensures that you can get in, get a wonderful dinner, and get out in comfortable time to walk across the street and get seated in time for the curtain. While the food was not as outstanding on this visit to Juliette's Bistro, it was still very good, and their location and service pre-concert made dinner there well worthwhile."
