"I have been to this restaurants several times and i love how they make simple menus interesting but service is very poor. Could be that the server is tired for this busy mother's day dinner. So disapppinted, we were seated on time yet main course was served after 45mins?!"

"We enjoy coming to Bonefish every couple months whether with family or for "date night". Their food is always good, although steak was a little dry on this last visit. Overall, a nice meal and enjoyable with family or friends. Service is always excellent. Advise to make a reservation. We will be back!"

"While the food was very good and reasonably priced, the service was spotty due to it being a busy night. There are good choices if you like seafood, not so much if you are a meat eater; but that is what you would expect.The wine list is nothing special, but it will suffice. Overall it is a good spot for a seafood meal, but nothing special."

"went for a few birthdays and had mussels, tuna sashimi and coconut shrimp to start. All were very good. Then we got our entrees -- all were good, but we were all perplexed with the "seasonal" side/vegetable which was chick peas. I hate them, personally, and noticed that almost everyone at the table did not eat theirs. Our entrees were very good, tho. The scallops were good, trout and featured fish delicious. My sirloin was cooked to order (med-rare) but was not tender at all. Our server was very attentive and took care of the "birthday girls".
We'll be back, but probably focus on the specials only. Chick peas??"

"Without a full house, they had multiple issues. There were 7 in our party:
1. One of their wines on the Specials of the day list, was not cold. How could this be? They did provide the more expensive wine for the lower price so that was acceptable.
2. They served 6 dinners not 7. So, 6 ate, one waited. One would think you could get meals on the table correctly? The manager said he would comp the meal.
3. Two people ordered the mussel appetizer (some were mushy) for dinner and asked if they could have a side salad (less price when ordered with an entree) along with their mussels. No problem they were told.
4. When the bill arrives, the salads were charged at full price and, the 7th meal was not comped.

"Reservations worked and got our table quickly. Very busy Saturday night and we were sitting for quite a long time before addressed by wait staff. Water can much later. Bread long after that. We were enjoying our dining conversation, but it eventually felt like no one noticed us sitting there.
When we finally got our waitress, we were fine with service. Dinner was delicious. Bang bang shrimp appetizer is a must! Most of us had grilled fish. Very nicely cooked. Try all the sauces to see which one you like best. It was a chore trying to get our check. Again, felt like we were invisible. Good food, but service needed tweaking."

"We have dined here many times, and the food is generally always very good. This time, however, I decided to order the Lily's Chicken which is a starred selection as a favorite. I found it be extremely bland tasting and the goat cheese it was topped with was barely warmed, if at all. Lesson learned - order seafood at a seafood restaurant. My only real complaint is that the place is just too noisy. The tables are too close together and it's hard to carry on a conversation. We were sitting near the kitchen and had a table of 8 next to us, so that probably made it worse. However, this is something I feel needs to be corrected in order for it to be a romantic, special-occasion place."

"Took visiting family to Bonefish Grill in Schaumburg IL on March 30th. We had not dined at this particular Bonefish Grill previously but had high hopes it would be as good as the one we have been to in Orlando several times. It did not disappoint. We love all the choices for fish and the choice of sauces. Be sure to try the "bang bang shrimp" . It is our favorite!"

"Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is because the place is so busy I could not get anything but very early or late dinner reservation. Staff is very neatly attired, knowledgable and friendly. Food was awesome, I had heard it was excellent and it did not dissapoint. Dessert menue is also really good. I will return."

"Very impressed with the customer service. My steak was ordered medium rare but was served to me medium well. Both the waiter and manager quickly responed and were able to promptly get me a steak cooked to perfection. To further redeem themselves, the manager was kind enough to offer myself AND the other three people at my table free deserts. I really appreciated this high quality act of customer service. In this day and age where restraunts and retail establishments give you less and less for your hard earned dollar, it was a breath of fresh air to realize that at Bonefish, they seemed to actually care about the happiness of their customer. Thank you Bonefish..... I'll be back."

"Ive been to this Bonefish at least five times, but my last visit was miseable. Burnt the beef dumplings, ordered steak well done and it came out still dripping red. Crab cake was raw in the middle. Waiter brought our containers for the leftovers, then proceeded to bring our bill, not asking if we wanted dessert. I did order a creme brulee and even the whip creme on that was runny. Something was way off that night. Disappointed."

"The food & service was fantastic!! HOWEVER...the lack of heat made it uncomfortable. Kamil was our waiter & he was attentive and knowledgable.
We just love the BANG BANG Shrimp! I had the devil's redfish. I enjoyed it, with the cauliflower puree, and broccoli.
My husband had the salmon, and he enjoyed his as well.

"This was a first time visit for three of the four guests in my party, and we were celebrating my son's birthday with his "special someone" so it was an important evening. It was very crowded and when I approached the hostess, she had read my comments about the Birthday and she selected a great table for us! We were not immediately seated, but that was only because the entire party had not all arrived. Once everyone was there, we were escorted to a great table, great meal and a great evening."

"Bonefish always delivers. For value this restaurant is excellent. Always a great crowd, but with reservations never a long wait. 10 minutes is the longest I have ever waited. Food is always great. The bang bang shrimp is a great appetizer. This visit (as always) I had the longfin tilapia which was outstanding, and my wife has shrimp and scallops. Also excellent. She has also had the tuna which is also very good. I believe the pricing is very reasonable and the portion is a good meal size. They do not overdue it, and i like that. They have a good selection of drinks and wines as well. And the service is always very good. Excellent food and service at reasonable prices."

"Nice, relaxing environment. We made reservations, we were told that if you don't you could be waiting an hour or so. When we arrived our table was ready and the hostess was so nice!! They showed us to our table and our server, Renee, was great. She explained all of the specials and was very knowledgable about the menu. We had the lobster Rangoon as an appetizer, they were tasty. The sauce they came with was sweet with a bit od heat. I had the Imperial Wolf Fish, I have never had wolf fish and it as great, not to delicate but not as dense as sword fish. The Wolf fish stuffed with scallops, crab, and a lemon caper sauce, had the jasmine rice as a side. My wife had the haddock dish, a sweet, light fish cook very well. We will be back!!"

Our waitress Rene is a true Gem and we asked to be seated in her section specifically. She is most helpful and very polite . The Management should heap praise on her often as she is a definite Standout .

"Always really good fresh fish and prepared nicely. One of the components of our meal was cooked to well done. When we informed the waitress of it she went into the kitchen and within minutes the manager was delivering it prepared to our liking and made sure we were satisfied. We always enjoy our selves here!"
