"This restaurant is very consistant with their good food but also very consistant with not so good service. It is what it is. We've got used to it . It's best for carry out so you don't have to worry about a slow service, dirty plates left in front of you even as your next entree arrives! Can not make any simple drinks either. Again, food is pretty good. Just don't expect too much on the service."

"My 9-year-old son wanted to try something different for his birthday supper. Caspian Bistro's Persian-flavored menu was fun and different. Three of us shared the appetizer combo and kabob platter for two. We had plenty of food a d brought a box home. The fresh hummus was amazing and the open-flame grilled vegetables and meats wonderful. We were there early on a weekday so service was very quick and personable. We plan to return on a weekend for a more lively at atmosphere. We'd love to see the weekend belly dancing!"
