"41st anniversary dinner. First time at this location. Always love Asian fusion. I had risotto with huge scallops and shrimp. Excellent taste a bit on the spicy side for me but I should have mentioned this when ordering. Wonderful dish. Wife had Sea Bass. also tasty and wonderful but also a bit spicy.

"While the food was very good the portions were on the small side for the price. The sea bass did not include a starch and would have greatly benefited from it. The wine list was extensive but lacked moderately priced selections (only one bottle of Cab under $50). Overall we enjoyed the meal but there are several other places in the same price range that offer better selections and value for your money."

"We arrived a bit early for our reservation and the staff was still mopping the floor. Needless to say, that set the tone. "My wife and I tried Poms for the first, and most likely last time. Upon entering the establishment and being escorted to our table, the decode lends to the feeling that this should be a fine dinning experience. Food was mediocre, generally overpowered by the Asian flair (foie Gras was lost in basil! As was the lamb I ordered). For almost 200$ for two people (2 glasses of wine each, an appetizer, meal and a shared dessert) it was way off the mark. I will travel a distance for good food, this was a bit closer to our house at 15miles so we thought we would try it. I can't recommend this establishment."

"We dine frequently at Pom's and are never disappointed. The food is outstanding, the ambiance is great, and the staff always treats us like VIP's. Pom himself always stops by our table to see how the meal is, and he is one of the top Chefs in the area. Manuel is an expert on the wine list and just a delightful gentleman to talk with. I had a table for four this past Friday night entertaining out of town business clients and they were totally impressed with the experience. The courses were spaced out just right and everyone loved the meal. Pom's is a small gem of a place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal with great ambiance, and it's a good value as well."

"After a slow start with trying to fix a wobbly table and being asked three different times by three different people if we wanted water, the evening settled into a very pleasant experience. Our food was wonderful. We did note that the chef/owner came out to speak to apparently a "special regular" patron. If the owner is going to make the effort to do this, he should make a point to stop by each table if only to say hello and welcome to my restaurant.

"My GF and I ate at Pom's on Valentine's Day, from a unique 4-course prix fixe menu. Our meal was very overpriced, varied from bland to spicy, had menu descriptions which did not match what was brought to us, and was appropriately complemented by mediocre (and very slow) service and a noisy atmosphere.
Amuse bouche (tasteless & built upon a store-purchased cookie) was listed as a first course. Server didn't know the wine list -- told us they didn't have the wine we were looking for & then we found it on the wine list. Server couldn't open the wine bottle & had to get the sommelier to do so. Rice was served 5 minutes before the course it accompanied. Raspberry sauce on the chocolate soufflé was terrible. "My evening at Poms's was pleasant in many ways. The ambiance and service was excellent and the food was well prepared. They were able to make accommodations for special dietary needs. The meals were pricey and probably would dine again, but save for special occasion. Parking is a problem in the area."

"Portions were on the small side and would have been very unsatisfactory without an appetizer. The food was good but a bit bland and definately overpriced. I don't mind paying for good food but I hate paying that much for mediocre food. The greatest offense was that we were told the dessert menu verbally and when we ordered coffee to go with our dessert, the waiter failed to mention that they charge an astounding $6.50 for a tea cup of coffee! I give them credit that it was delicious and came in a french press, but my wine only cost a couple of dollars more and I ceratinly should have been told that the two cups of coffee would be more than the dessert!"

"Pom's is a fantastic place to celebrate any special occasion. The ambiance is one of the best that I've ever experienced: the music so romantic, the atmosphere so perfect and so genuinely welcoming. This restaurant had the both of us floating on cloud nine as familiar songs and melodies wafted softly from the speakers above us in the secluded spot chosen especially for us to celebrate our anniversary. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a fantastic dining experience on their special night. On top of everything else, the food was excellent...and those are the exact words coming from my chef of a husband. A really wonderful experience. Thank you."
