"I love this place, and I had no idea it existed! I had lunch here for a business meeting, and the food was awesome. I had their special, which was Halibut that day. The person that met me there had the vegetable plate, which looked great. You usually think a vegetable plate is going to be puny, but not the one here, it was a real entree. I can't wait to come back when I'm not there for business so that I can try some of their wine, or their bar on the third floor, apparently they've got coffee, a bunch of different tequilas and whiskeys. Good service, very prompt. I am definitely bringing my wife here."

"ALL of the food we had was outstanding! I look forward to trying other things to see if I can find anything that comes close to the absolutely unbelievably exquisite flavor of their lobster bisque. The omelets were good, too, and my waffles and bacon were quite tasty as well.
The service was a perfect mix of attentive and helpful, but not overly pushy. This is a most excellent find; it is amazing how many times we have driven by this place without realizing it was right there on the second floor of Saks all along! Thank you, OpenTable!"

"The food presented well on the plates, however we were all disappointed in everything but the soup course. The service desperately needs training, as it is clear that there are many untrained workers on the waitstaff at this restaurant."

"A beautiful table with fresh flowers awaited us on Mothers Day. They had a great menu which was made up of both brunch items and lunch and dinner entrees. Loved my lobster and shrimp salad. Great service as always."

"I TOOK MY SISTER FOR LUNCH ON HER 40TH BIRTHDAY AND WHAT AN EXPRIENCE. THE PLACE WAS EXQUISITE AND ELEGANT. SERVICE WAS GREAT. WHEN OUR SERVER BROUGHT OUT HER COMPLIMENTARY CAKE, THE PIANO PLAYER PLAYED A HAPPY BDAY SONG FOR HER. IT MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE SPECIAL. OH, AND THE FOOD IS GREAT TOO. I ORDERED THE SPECIAL OF THE DAY, WHICH WAS PERFECT. I WILL DEFINITELY BRING FRIENDS THERE SOON!"

"My last lunch experience with 5115 was disappointing. Dishes familiar from prior ownership were seasoned strangely and did not taste good. I gave it another try, this time for dinner, only because it was convenient for me and my guest. This visit was much different/better. We both had the special sea bass with crabmeat, spinach, and risotto. The fish was firm and flavorful; the sauce was substantial but not too heavy. It was well seasoned and we both found it very tasty. I will give it another try for lunch, hoping they've now ironed out the kinks from the transition."

"We have never had a better experience. From the moment we walked into the restaurant the young woman at the entrance greeted us like old friends and took us right to our table. The waiter, Manuel, was superb. He was attentive, efficient, and he actually listened to us! He made some very good suggestions and was probably be best and most memorable waiter we've had at any restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions were perfect. The menu was so good it was difficult to decide what to order. We are definitely going back."

"Roasted Vegetable Entree is a must! If you MUST have meat too, then order one of the wonderful meat entrees - the filet and snapper are excellent - and also order the Roasted Vegetable entree - it's worth the cost to split the Roasted Veggies entree with your companion!"

"Went for a valentines day date. They had a set menu with only seafood options for an appetizer. Our waiter was very slow and provided terrible service and he wasn't too busy. And the gratuity was already included. A $30 tip for $3 service. Probably won't be back."

"The food was decent, but not special in any way. Normally I wouldn't complain on that basis. However, this was the most expensive dinner I've had in Houston in the last year, and that includes multi-course dinners at Underbelly, with wine. I was willing to pay $75/plate (base), but I expected much better food. The steak and pork chops were overcooked, although very flavorful. The sides were tasty, but run-of-the-mill. The deserts were, once again, good but unimaginative. The service was below average, considering that a 20% gratuity was automatically added for a TWO PERSON table (our additional wine wasn't promptly served, for instance.)"

"I went with my girlfriend for V-Day and it was very nice and romantic. The dinner was excellent and I would definitely recommend it. The only down side was I didn't notice they had a specified menu so I couldn't select what I truly wanted. Definitely going back to try their full menu. Overall great experience."
