"We enjoyed a Mother's Day Brunch Buffet. The food was excellent. The variety of options was tremendous. The price was a little on the high side at $65 per person. The mandatory 20% gratuity was a bit of a rip off considering it was a buffet. The wait staff just poured a glass of water, removed a few dishes and presented the bill. But everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back for sure on a non buffet day."

"My girlfriend wanted to bring me to a special place for my birthday. Even though I have dined here before I didn't let her know so as to spoil her surprise.
We started with the Ultimate smokey martini with jumbo blue cheese stuffed olives, wow soooooooo smooth. Then went on to the Patio wedge with crispy prouciotto, lots of blue cheese, yummy. Then we both had the special of the day , the prime New York strip with Peruvian fried potatoes and chimmichurri, melt in your mouth tender.
This place is so wonderful, I'm torn between telling all my friends about this place and keeping it a secret spot for myself.Thank You Patio Delray"

"The menu is interesting but not over-whelming. Each dish was well prepared and served by an establishment that cares about taste as well as appearance. The ambiance is cheerful and cozy. The owner worked extremely hard moving inside and out and handling all tables - the geometry of the restaurant and the economics likely limited the help. An additional server would have helped the staff and likely brought coffee / check to the table in a bit more timely manner - but pleasant attitude counterbalanced.
Would / absolutely will come back. Outstanding flavor / the best brunch food we have found in the Delray / Boca area. Highly recommend this 'off the main road' gem."

"Just void of any real atmosphere. The staff could have been friendlier and more upbeat. It was a slow night there and while the food was fine, nothing was exceptional or would draw me back. If they focused on an Asian theme, maybe that would be enough for people to forget the previous Pineapple tenant. The idea is good but the execution is not good...yet."

"It was Easter Sunday brunch.
Service slow. I dont think it was the server's fault. They were not appropriately staffed as our waiter had tables inside and outside - we were seated outside. It took forever for the drinks to arrive. Well was Easter and we patiently waited. Finally drinks arrive and the poor waiter slips and falls. As he is landing on the ground he hits the table and my Bloody Mary spills all over the table, floor and ME!!
So my nice dress is full of Bloody Mary and huge red spots. I clean myself up and say nothing. None of the staff seemed to be apologetic. Anyway the bill arrives and there is NO COMP offered. I dont really need the 10 bucks but it really is bad practice. The woman manager very unpleasant. We will not retur"

"I came here for Easter brunch with my boyfriend and his mother. The patio is really relaxing and awesome but it's too bad the service is quite lacking. We each ordered various egg dishes and it took us over 50 minutes to get EGG dishes. After seeing THREE tables of larger parties who had been sat WAY after us, ALL receive their meals including steaks, we were quite baffled as to why we hadn't been served our food. After asking our server and then the manager 2 separate times we received our meals. UM hello.. It takes literally 2 minutes to under cook an egg, as they were served to us. They also served my boyfriend the wrong dish that he didn't order."

"Ate dinner on the Patio at The Patio and had a wonderful night. We were there with my eighty year old in-laws and there were good choices (many of them Asian inspired) on the menu for everyone at the table. The short ribs which were served on creamy Parmesan polenta were a real standout. But the real star here is the setting, sort of like your rich aunt's back porch."

"This was my second visit to Patio Delray, and we had liked it so much the first time, we were looking forward to bringing three out-of-town guests with us. The first time when there were 10 of us, we sat outside and ordered two appetizers each. They were delicious. This second time, we sat inside and ordered entrees. The portions were so large that we all felt that it was quantity over quality. For a restaurant that appears to want to be "upscale" (and the prices are up there too), this was a very unfortunate and off-putting presentation. As nice as our server was, I personally felt that she was just too friendly, trying to join in on our conversations whenever she came over to the table. We were all disappointed."

"This venue is very nice. The outdoor seating area is really jungle-y and pleasant. Our issue was with the food. It would have been excellent had it been seasoned a bit more. We found everything to be a bit bland and had to use salt and pepper quite a bit, although probably everything would have tasted better with the use of other herbs and spices. We will however, go there again - primarily because of the outside seating, which is lovely."

"The food was delicious. Tile fish with citrus salsa on a bed of couscous, garam masal rubbed tuna. Both delicious. Amibiance was great. Sat outside on the patio surrounded by lush tropical plants and nice jazz playing at teh perfect volume. We were celebrating my wife's 50th and our anniversary.
Only thing that could have been improved upon was our service. We were greeted and sat by a woman named Lily. She didn't have a warmth to her and seemed a bit abrupt. Once she took our orders we rarely saw her again. We had to ask one of the young men who serves water for an after dinner cup of coffee because if we waited for her I would have never gotten one.
Overall, we would go back. I'd just asked for a different waiter."

"Food was amazing, When we pulled up it was not very busy at 7:15 but got busier as night progressed. Service was a bit slow but not annoying. It was not loud and crowded like many other delay hotspots. We will be back"
