"I dined here with a client and everyone loved the food and overall experience. The fish and sushi was fresh and flavorful. The crab mac and cheese is to die for!!
The only concern I would address was that when we first arrived, there was no one at the hostess stand and several servers saw us waiting as they were just stading around chatting, yet none of them came by to greet us or say that a hostess would be over soon. Other than this, everything was wonderful."

"The restaurant was quite nice with good quality food. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them as they have a systematic method to gouge their guests. We were enticed by our server to get some appetizers, when he returned to the table he came with 5 times the food needed. Later we found out that he and "chef" intended to charge over $ 250 for this. Also in this restaurant Bibb lettuce is more expensive than lobster- incredible. I could imagine that happening in Maine, just not Florida. Finally the last systematic gouge was the hiding of the mandatory gratuity listed as "other" in the middle of the bill - not called out at the end. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who doesn't wan't to spend their evening auditing Deep Blu."

"Great food! We hosted a business dinner here and couldn't have been happier with the service and the food. The crab cake is amazing (and this is coming from someone who lived in Maryland) as are the seafood entrees. Go and enjoy!"

"Our special night out at deep blu was nothing short of spectacular! Manuel was our server and was super friendly along with the team of restaraunt personnel that catered to all of our dinning enjoyment.
The food was amazing. The raw bar was so fresh., crab cake for a starter is a perfect way to begin introducing your taste buds to the sensational dinner to come. My wife ordered the braised short ribs and was pleasantly surprised to see a seafood resaraunt make such a great beef dish. The most suberb dish was the chilean seabass! Clearly the best fish I have ever ordered from a restaraunt. From Maine and being a avid seafood eater I am far from easy to impress. Our evening ended with champaine and desert sampler. We can't wait to return!"

"This restaurant was probably one of the best locations that I've ever had dinnet at! the food was suerb, the wait staff was friendly and very knowledgable about all the selections on the menu. They even went ahead and gave us their recommendations for the evening along with what wine pairing should go with our selection of entrees. When it came to dessert, our selections were delicious and out of this world! We had a child dining with us and she selected ice cream of course and the waiter actually took her next door to the Starbuck's that served ice cream and allowed her to choose whatever flavor she wanted. That was special! She loved the attention! The ambiance was romantic, cool and classy! The hostess Jami was sueperb as well!"

"This was our fourth visit to deep blu and I think this restaurant is trying to be something other than it is. The first 3 visits were very good the price point doesn't fit the demographics of the hotel. This time around the food wasn't very good. They changed the recipe on some of the appetizers and they went from very good to very bad. The chicken on the menu was unedible. The caesar salad was very funky.
I will not be back. There are other places in the area that are much better for the money."

"The chef provided a delicious roasted vegetable risotto main dish for the vegetarian (not included on the menu). The crab cake, the vegetable spring roll, the seafood, and side dishes were all impressive. We went early in the evening so the room was mostly empty. You should expect high prices, great attention from the staff, and a well appointed room with a piano bar just outside the formal restaurant (the cocktails are also outstanding). Keep in mind this is a family resort so patrons will be very casually dressed (whilst the staff is more formal) and there are young children throughout the hotel and the restaurant."

"We arrived for our reservation with high expectations and were immediately disappointed with our table. The restaurant was not full yet our table of 6 was placed near the door. The commotion near the host stand was unpleasant. I came dressed in a Tommy Bahama linen shirt and a matching straw fedora. I was asked to remove my hat by our hostess and I obliged without question. I was upset later to see a young man in jeans and a tee sitting with his group wearing a white ball cap turned backwards. The food was fresh and well prepared. My cedar plank ribeye was well seasoned well prepared. Everyone enjoyed their meal still, the experience is just as important as the meal in this price range and the experience was disappointing."

"We had a nice evening at Deep blu. The food was good and overall, we have no complaints. There really wasn't anything that made us take notice about this restaurant. Like I said, nothing was wrong, but nothing was great either. The service was fine and the wine list was pretty standard. If you like seafood, this would be a GOOD CHOICE, BUT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT WILL STAND OUT AND MAKE YOU EXCITED ABOUT GOING BACK, YOU MIGHT WANT TO SKIP THIS ONE."

"This is a lovely restaurant in the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort. We had a sibling reunion and it was a perfect place to celebrate our weekend together. The ambience is quite nice. Request a window table. Service was superb and our dinner was terrific. We each had a seafood dish. If you stay at the resort, please try and have a memorable dinner here."
