Riffle NW is a catch-inspired seafood restaurant in Portland’s Pearl District, where guests enjoy dishes influenced by cooking from coastal regions around the world. While the "catch" is always celebrated, Riffle's menu also has several non-seafood options.
Thoughtfully sourced and skillfully prepared, the food and drink is served wherever you want to be: at the bar, at the chef's table, at the raw bar, in the dining room or in the private dining space.
The restaurant is the vision of Ken and Jennifer Norris, two chefs who believe in the philosophy of "one house," in which the kitchen, bar, and dining room all work seamlessly to create delicious food and drink served with warmth, grace, and skill. Working with Ken and Jennifer are a team of masters at their craft -- Joey Cefalu, Brandon Josie and Dana Frank.
