Marco's Trattoria - West Hollywood
Marco and his beloved ‘mamma’ opened a small trattoria in West Hollywood in 1993. With a lifelong passion of hospitality and a deep love of the food from her Italian birthplace, they created a neighborhood trattoria and pizzeria that spun over a decade of fabulous ‘home cooked’ foods, wonderful loving friends and the culinary memories of an era long gone. Now, 16 years later, a new ‘Marco’s’ is born but the philosophy is identical. Create a neighborhood restaurant where: The energy is upbeat and without pretense. The food is wonderful and memorable. The prices are fair and value driven. Our menu and diverse wine list have been created to offer a vast variety of comfort food flavors spanning the culinary globe. Upscale in the quality of ingredients and presentations, yet centering on that original Italian restaurant started so many years ago with a single ideal.

"Another wonderful Mother's Day. Staff has gotten to know my family and we are always treated like family. It's so refreshing to go to a restaurant where the staff is friendly, helpful and enjoy their jobs.
The food is delicious, the prices are fair and the service is great.
We can't wait to go back in June for Father's Day."

"our waiter was just too busy with other customers and being the furthest from the kitchen, seemed like we were just ignored, from seating to first waiter visit was about 10-12 minutes, which seemed like and eternity considering when we were seated the restaurant was half full, we were asked if we wanted bread, but it took 10 minutes to get to the table, finished dishes were not cleared in a timely manor, water glasses were not refilled, we were never asked if we wanted additional beverages, etc etc, and for the bill to be $100 for the two of us, thought it was way to much for the service we got.....is what it is I guess.....life goes on....at least the food was good....if I were to base a return visit on our experience, I would not return"

"You really can't beat the $8 bottomless champagne. The waitstaff did an excellent job of keeping everyone's glasses full. Most restaurants try to stiff you. Marco's is not one of them!
Caramelized banana and coconut french toast was amazing. Will definitely be back to try the ricotta and white chocolate pancakes."

"Can't really mention too much as we didn't actually eat here. We arrived on time. No valet for some reason. My wife jumped out to go inside whilst I parked the car down the road. She came straight back out to say that it was packed and cold, so we went elsewhere.Sorry Marco's. I wanted to try out another local gem, but weren't too impressed with the first impression. Shame as I'd liked to have tried it out. Maybe another time. I gave everything a 'fair' although the food could have been really nice."

"We go to Marco's often. This time we were taking some friends there who had never been before, wanting to share our "neighborhood gem." Completely uncharacteristically, our order got all messed up. Our wait person told us the chef had messed up our order and forgotten to make the appetizers. Instead the entrees came out first. While good, the fish was overcooked. I was really let down by this experience, and I know our friends will not go back. It's too bad. Marco's is usually much, much better than it was that night. It will take a second experience like that for Marco's to lose me as a customer, which I don't anticipate."

"I love the friendliness of the staff from the moment we enter the restaurant. It feels like a neighborhood place where the staff is so friendly and remembers me and my family every time we come. The food is fresh, always changing and is delicious at breakfast, lunch or dinner. I have been coming here for years now and always look forward to coming back. I honestly can't say that about many establishments anymore."
