"Looks like a neighborhood bar, expecting traditional wings and nachos, but get great food with terrific service. The menu is full of fresh vegetable and fish choices....each item better than the next. The prices are high, but the food is worth it. And management (owners) are laid back but attentive, always making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend."

"Food was in a word fabulous - started with a beet salad with gargonzola like cheese - delicate with a mixture of flavors. Next poached sole - wonderful presentation and just about the best fish I've ever had. Lastly, a creme brulee to die for. My wife was equally satisfied with her dishes - only problem she kept "poaching" from my main course! Service was friendly, young and energetic."

"The organic chicken was delicious, as were the vegetables- I substituted an extra vegetable for the mashed potatoes (which looked great) and they were very accommodating. Nice selection of wines and beers on tap. We'll definitely go back. And they are open on Monday nights which can be hard to find around here!"

"Although the food was good and it was obvious that they cared about the ingredients, for the high prices they charge I would expect a party of four not to be seated in the bar area, and that some portion sizes would be larger. Most high quality restaurants I visit would place 2 heirloom pork chops on the plate and charge less for it. Bottom line is, there are many alternatives for a nice night out."

"One of our favorite restaurants in the area. The food and service is always very good. We usually go on Thursday nights as we like the live music scene. The music typically starts at 9pm and goes relatively late for a worknight, figure midnight. They book some talented musicians particularly given the modest size of the venue. On this occasion we went to celebrate Valentine's Day, while on other occasions we have gone with groups of 6-12. During warm weather they make use of the porch. Parking is plentiful along the side, on the street or across the street. It's almost always full so advance recommendations are recommended. Some of the regulars can often be found eating at the bar."

"Food was medicore and luke warm. The waitress barely explained the specials and didn't check on us once. I had to ask for the dessert menu. Used to be a great place. Not sure what happened...."

"A always meant to go back long ago. Live in same town and impressed with level of food presentation creativity and taste. Chef is clearly on his game with interesting pairings on the plate.
