"We waited almost 1/2 hour with an Open Table reservation. The hostesses kept saying 10 more minutes. I can't believe this is a Lettuce restaurant. Either they overbook reservations or need someone to organize the place. When we were finally seated, the food was good. We told the waitress we were sharing an appetizer, salad and entree. She brought all 3 at once. An experienced waitress would have asked us if this was what we wanted."

"Pasta choices on menu weren't very interesting. Ravioli with cheese filling...that's it? No mushroom or other veggie fillings? No variety of sauces. We were interested in the whole wheat spaghetti but it came only with marinara sauce. Again very plain. The baked eggplant Parmesan was very heavy on breading.
Service was fine, although we felt a bit rushed to order"

"Our server recommended the Calamari Giardinaria and it was awesome. I ordered the special, the Halibut, and though the sides of the fish were a little crispy, the overall dish was delicious. My boyfriend ordered the roasted chicken vesuvio, and he thought it was pretty good too. We will definitely be back."

"Salads were huge! I probably should have shared it -- didn't eat half of it. I don't think the food here is up to the other Lettuce Entertain You restaurants. Our waitress was very, very friendly and personable --- to the point that we thought she might just sit down and join us. Our business conversation was interrupted multiple times while she shared personal preferences and information about herself. Really, she was very nice; I'd just recommend checking in with diners but not initiating extended personal conversations if she sees they are already conversing among themselves."

"We ate outside early at the dinner hour, which was a great call. Temperatures were warm; mood was quiet and the configuration kept fresh air in our face and the sun out of our eyes. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Service was excellent as well - no "forgetting the outside diners" that you often find eating al fresco. Everything was made to order and arrived promptly; fresh and tasty. A winner!"

"We had a party of six. Only four of the entrees were brought to the table. The other two were missing and we pointed this out to the two food servers. After eight minutes, we had to find a manager to inquire about the missing entrees because our server had not checked our table for fifteen minutes. The missing two entrees were apparently ready but overlooked in the kitchen. The food was very good, as usual. But the manager did not visit the table during the delivery of the two missing entrees to be sure that everything was taken care of and maybe offer an explanation or apology for the problem. This is not the service that we usually experience at LEYE restaurants."

"Very disappointing. Service was horrible. This was the third time in a row that service was poor. I spoke with several people who have been to this restaurant within the last several weeks and all of us had terrible service. In addition our server recommended the rigatoni as it is made fresh, it was so hard that we had to cut it with a knife. I've never had to cut pasta with a knife before. This gives The Lettuce Entertainment group a bad name. Since this was the third time that the service was this bad, I won't return. If this location can't get their servers to get their act together this restaurant won't survive."

"The place was packed on a Saturday night at 5:15. The waiter was very slow to take our order, but someone in management did so. He was very apologetic, very nice, and made certain that we got our meals in plenty of time for a 7:15 movie.
The hand-made ravioli was the best I've ever tasted. It was extremely light and very tasty, with just the right amount of sauce.
I look forward to returning."

"They had a pretty average italian menu...nothing special. I had a hard time picking an entre. We ordered a Margarita Pizza, a pizza specialty that evening, for an appetizer and was told they were out of mozzarella cheese (at 6:30pm). How can you run out of mozzarella cheese at an italian restaurant? They used some type of cheese and the pizza was disappointing. Our entres were nothing to write home about. Not a great Lettuce Entertain You restaurant."

"This has become my favorite restaurant. My husband and I went there three times in the last month. I have been to outstanding restaurants and cannot say that the service was any better. We had a waiter names Brian who was exceptional. The food is consistently good. We try and introduce new friends to the place, and they are over the moon with it. Try it - you'll love it. (My husband told me not to write such a glowing review because he worries that the place will be so popular, we'll never get in.) Reservations are a must."

"I went with 3 friends for dinner and was glad I made reservations because the place was packed! We got there early and waited at the bar, bartenders were very knowledgeable about the wines they carry. After we were seated we had lots of questions abut the food offered. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered spinach gnocchi but the menu didn't mention the pile of mushrooms (which I hate). Other than that we had a great time and will go again."

"Top-notch Lettuce Entertain You restaurant featuring the same chef Mychael Bonner, but not the same menu, as DiPescara. I like Seranello's much better for the three most important reasons: food, service, and value!!! Our party of four had widely varying preferences, and all thoroughly enjoyed their choices.
