"I love the relaxed feel of this restaurant. It was as though we were dining at a friend's house. We went to the brunch and everything on t it was good. Especially the Mac & Cheese. It was all superb.We will return to check out the main menu to see if it's as wonderful. The service was exceptional, waitress was friendly and on time with all services provided. It was also affordable. I also liked the Mother's Day touch of all mothers being provided a rose. We definitely will return."

"I made dinner reservation for 9pm on Saturday, 5/11/13 and invited several friends to come out to celebrate my husband 47 birthday. Having a great time. We got up to dance and when we returned to the table we were rudely told by the busboys that we needed to move our 2 hr time limited was UP! To make a long story short we were moved 3 times by 2 different people. So, a couple of our friends just left. One of my friends left out for a few to get her car keys and when she returned she was told there was a $20.00 cover charge to come back in so, she left. AWFUL!

This restaurant/after party is now gear towards a younger clientele (21-30). We were served mix drinks in a 6oz plastic cup but, was charged regular drink prices! NEVER AGAIN!"

"MY wife and when there for dinner Saturday night around 8pm. I played safe with the baked chicen she had the snapper.The menu did not note the snapper would be fried,have the head still on and full of bones. The $26 snapper was a big let down. There was music playing since we got there but around 8:30 it was so loud my wife and I were yelling across the table. We paid and were going to leave.My wife waited by the front door while I gave the guy out front the ticket for the car because it was raining bad.After about 10 min waiting outside to give the dude the ticket. She comes outside and tells me they told her she couldnt wait in there.I guess it was time to transform this Restaurant into a club.This was one of the worst dining experience"

"I was very excited to be eating at Frank Ski's Restaurant. This would be my first time there along with five other people. I was celebrating my birthday. I was expecting the food to be great and the service exceptional. We decide to bring the cake to the restaurant. After arriving at Frank Ski's Lounge the greeter asked us, "would you like us to store the cake for you?" Our reply, "sure. Thank you" she then told us there is a $20.00 fee. This is ridiculous and very inconsiderate of the establishment. Highly dissatisfied. The food was average."

"I called the restaurant to make reservations, but nobody never did return my call, I was trying to make reservations for party of 18, so I had to go online and make reservations, but it would only let me make reservation for party of 6, I was dissatisfied with the customer service, because I didn't get a return call to make the reservation. The food was good, the atomsphere was great, the music was great."

"The male hosters took their job to serious. There was no one in the dinning room and HE wanted my party to move off the sofas because they were expecting another big \party at 10:30. !0:30 showed up and came.......no one came in. Smh. The food was just ok and the service was just ok. I was celebrating my 25th birthday and I should have went somewhere else."

"I think our waiter's name was DM his customer service was Ok! I think he came to our table
maybe three times and we were there from 7:30pm til 11:00pm celebrating a friend's birthday. Our drinks were not that great all of us at the table return our drinks and when our waiter brought back new drinks they were not that good (Long Islands). I still would recommend people to try the restaurant out for themselves."

"I truly enjoyed my dining experience. The atmosphere was very comfortble and the crowd was business professional and casual for an after work affair. Frank Ski's decore was very tasteful and upscale. The service was great. My waitress Shana was the best. She was very familiar with the menu and was able to answer all our questions about the menu as well as the drink menu. I had the fish tacos, they were awesome. The crab cakes were definitely a hit, nothing but crabmeat and it was seasoned & cooked to perfection. I will definitely be going back again. We had a wonderful dining experience looking forward to my next visit."

"We arrived for our 8 pm reservation and told the hostess we were there, she advised that the were preparing table and she would come get us from the bar. Twenty minutes later we went back and was told "oh i was waiting for your guys." Ordered the seafod crab pot pie - hardly any seafood in it and was soggy, the best part was the crust, I friend ordered salmon it was hard. An extra person came was told by security we couldnt pull a chair up even though there was an empty table next to us for 3 hours that we borrowed the chair from. Not impressed. Security had an attitude. There is a $20 cover after 11 pm the folks waiting to pay and in line are nuts! 1st time going - plan on never returning!"

"I was very disappointed in the way we were treated. We had reservations, however we had ONE extra person and instead of pulling up an additional chair, they placed us OUTSIDE IN THE COLD while there were EMPTY TABLES inside. My guest and I felt as if we were being PUNISHED because we had ONE extra person. Our tickets were charged 20% each which I felt was not worth it. I was SO EMBRASSED that I had invited my guest to come share this occasion with me there. We moved on the inside after having to eat our DINNER IN OUR LAPS because the Cabana area only had small tables and fanning away bugs and shivering due to the cold wind... WE WERE THERE TO EAT DINNER not LOUNGE... We moved to the inside patio where we had to sit on cushions still COLD!!!"

"Our visit started very unpleasantly. We were seated and then waited a very long time for a waiter to come to our table or acknowledge us. We decided to leave. On the way out, we spoke with the General Manager, Doug. He was awesome. He took total responsibility for the lack of service we had and explained that he would address it and make certain that we enjoyed our visit. While we were initially very dismayed with the way things turned out (we were celebrating our 26th anniversary !),we are grateful that management took ownership of the problem and worked extremely hard to recover from it. Doug is a true professional. We will definitely patronize again. Loved the food !"

"I had an AWFUL experience at Frank Ski's on April 17, 2013 (my birthday celebration). The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. The waitress was inexperienced and extremely rude when the drinks she presented were incorrect. She sat on the arm of the couch my guest and I were sitting on to take our order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It took an unusal amount of time for items to come out and the food was HORRENDOUS. The side order with my husbands meal came 30 min after his entree had arrived. The pasta was dry and tasteless, and the meat was salty. After a verbal complaint to staff management had been made, the manager on duty NEVER FOLLOWED UP! My party and I had enough by this time and decided to leave. This was HORRIBLE!"

"The food quality here has really declined lately. I used to enjoy their food, but my last 2-3 visits to this restaurant have left me very unpleased as their food isn't consistent. Also, on a Friday at 7pm I wasn't expecting the place to be a nightclub. The music was loud and we weren't even able to have a conversation at our table. I won't be going back!"

"We went for wine, the music and Si Man Baby. Earlier that day we had a family gathering and wanted to go out for late appetizer, drinks and dancing. Loved the old school music. We were a little late and missed our reservation time however they seated us at a table in the area that would be the dance floor later. No problem with that however we decided not to order appetizers because we would have to move at 11pm. Outside is nice and comfy with tables and seating which will be better in warmer weather. We will go back for the outside dining. Only suggestion is turn the music down a little during dinner hour when there is no dance floor to allow some conversation without screaming at each other."

"This was my first time dining at Frank Ski's. I made reservations via online and the only time available was 5:30. However, there were many tables available well after 6:30pm. It was a girls night out and we were celebrating a birthday. I wish there had been notification to update the reservation as later times came available. Also, after we had closed out our ticket, one in my party asked for water and the waitress said our reservation was technically over and did not refill the water. It was rude and not very tactful after we purchased drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert.We especially enjoyed Siman live!! I am sure we will return."

"I will not revisit Frank Ski's resturant for several reasons. The food was cold, but our waiter was great yet he could not make up for the poor attitude that we received upon arriving at the establishment by the male host! Even after making a reservation, there was still a 30 minute wait, without any explanation as to why we were waiting. Then the host wanted to seat a party of six at a SMALL table; and when we inquired about another seating location, there was very little pleasure expressed at meeting our request. Then once we were seated on the outside, there were very few people from upper management that came to "check" on how we were doing besides our waiter. Mr. Ski himself even passed our party without offering so much as a hello!!!"

"Frank Ski is one of my favorite restaurant in the city. I tend to always bring friend there who have never been there before. the only problem last visit was there was unsweet tea Mother Love unsweet tea. The waitress was wonderful she just started her new job. I even took a picture with Frank Ski myself I have never been disappointed in my visit there. The reservation process was very productive. "The food was okay, and the waitress was friendly, even though I had to request refills several timed. My problem was the fact that I had made reservations three weekd prior, and upon arrival I was told there would not be anymore tables available for the night. How could this be? What is the purpose of making reservations?"

"I took my husband out for his birthday to Frank Ski's for the Baltimore Crab Cakes and dancing. I really have no complaints other than our waitress. She brought me out the wrong meal. So, she sent it back, and in five minutes, she returned with the lemon pepper wings I ordered. They had no flavor. I had to flag the waitress down from an argument she was having with a co-worker to ask for silverware because the birthday boy's crab cakes were getting cold! I was impressed with the restaurant, crab cakes were good, and we/i loved the hip hop music/dance club after 11:00!! BUT, the waitresses may need some #training!!"

"I had a great time, I celebrated my birthday there and had a ball!! Dinner was nice and the waitress was very nice and attentive. Only thing a guest of mine didnt want to lose her seat because she wore heels snd didnt want to stand all night, so i feel they should allow people to keep seating or keep seats nearby so people can sit down . Overall, I will def. go back."

"This was our second time at this restaurant, and we drove 2 hours from Warner Robins, GA to get there. The food is always enjoyable, and being there on a Saturday afternoon, it was very quiet. As I was the designated driver, I asked for coffee to drink, and it took OVER an hour to get a cup of coffee. I had to continually ask our server to please bring my coffee. I don't know what the problem was just to get a cup of coffee."

"This was my second time here and everything was just as I remembered it. This time I got the seafood pot pie and it was absolutely amazing! The first bite tasted like heaven! Our waitress was absolutely fabulous. There was a group of eight of us, she was very nice and friendly the entire time. She checked on us to make sure that our drinks were topped off and that we had everything that we needed. I can't wait to go back!"

"We were in on a Sunday evening and the music was too loud. My girl sat right next to me and we had to raise our voices just to have a conversation with each other. Our food was great and the restaurant decor was nice. Would love to come in and sit on the couches and drink wine and talk with my guest but we won't be able to hear each other unless we yell. There were not a lot of people in there so it wasn't crowd noise"

"My date stated it was to noises and too bussie .
He also stated his rib eye stake dinner had to
much fat on the meat and my short rib dinner
was cold but after taking back to heat up; I found
it to be very good. Although my date would not

"My husband and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary here at the restraunt and loved it. The food was great, and we enjoyed Mya, very nice waitress. Look forward to coming again. Don't know Frank personally, but used to listen to him and Wanda all the time, so when we saw him there we were hoping he would come to our table to say hey, and he did. ;)"

"I went to celebrate my birthday and the staff was very accommodating. I received a complimentary cupcake with a candle. The DJ wished my happy birthday before the night was over. The food and drinks were delicious! All of my guests were please with their food."
