"Driving back from Kokomo to the Airport used Open Table to find a lunch spot. What a wonderful surprise! From the Sausage and Peppers to the Chicken Gorgonzola Pasta it was all good! Food was flavorful and the waitress suggested a great "by the glass" wine. Look forward to returning."

"The service seems to be unpredictable. Sometimes good sometimes bad. This time bad. The server could not remember what soups we ordered for our party of two. It took far too long to get the check and then once we finally got the bill it took an enormous amount of time to complete the transaction. We sat in the table next to their party room. Noone should be seated at this table. Its too loud next to the party and its also too tight with not enough seating/leg room."

"We tried J. Razzo's for the first time as local altneative to Matteo's. No problems booking a table for two on a Sat (some cause for concern). We really liked the space in the restraunt, nicely upscale. Tables are close and although there is a lot of background noise and "hubub", the two of us could have a nice private conversation. Overall, the food was solid. We had two of the fish specials that night and they were well prepared, not overcooked and the main and risoto sides hot. Ok Ceasar salad. Wine list is ok but also a good selection by the glass with competitve price points. It's not Matteo's but we will likely give it another try sometime. Staff was mature and maybe lacked a little professionalism for the price point."

"We had a reservation for 6 at 7:00pm. We waited a long time to get a server to come over and take drink orders. From there it took quite a long time to get bread to our table. After that we waited a long time to get our order taken. Once the food came out my two of the plates were cold and had to be taken back for heat up. After dinner desert came out fairly quick and was good. Waited an long time to have the waiter bring the check and finally had to flag her down to get the check. Paid the bill by credit card and my credit card did not come back with my bill.Overall food was good, service was terrible and didn't expect to spend 3 hours eating dinner."

"It is difficult to find good Italian restaurants outside of New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Chicago. J. Razzo's is quite good, much better than most of what is found around Indianapolis and their prices are reasonable. Their menu is "believable", something you can reasonably expect a small establishment to execute well. The quality of the food and its preparation was quite good, including veal (which far too many restaurants do poorly). Much of their pasta's are fresh made on-site and that is something to be appreciated. The service was prompt, attentive, and "enthusiastic". The atmosphere is cordial, comfortable, nicely quiet, and very clean. I will certainly take my family there again"

"An absolutely wonderful neighborhood Italian restaurant with a proven and desirable past that now caters to all the senses one would want to nurture after a day at the office or a Saturday on the soccer fields. The menu solicits indecision as you move from one entree to another deciding between traditional Italian cuisine, sensational seafood preparations or the more intimate receipes of northern Italy. The wait staff, with minor exceptions, is there to enhance the dining experience offering detailed explanations of the menue selections and the varied wine list. J. Razzo's can claim the top spot for the BEST bread sticks in central Indiana. You won't want to but you probably need to stop after two baskets. Highly recommended."

"Looking for a place to celebrate both Valentine's Day and Anniversary can sometimes be tough. Usually you end up in crowded places, get bad service and leave a place unhappy. Tonight was not such an occasion as we had outstanding service, great food and left very happy. We arrived pretty early in the evening and were of the first to be seated and while the music was a little loud they turned it down after getting us seated. Our waitress was on top of everything making sure we were taken care of, the food service was fast and fantastic then to top it off we had an amazing dessert. While everything was outstanding the dessert alone will bring us back. If you get a chance and are looking for a great place with a relaxing atmosphere stop in."

"Have been there 2 other times, food and service was fabulous, This visit didn't fare so well. The Fettucini my granddaughter ordered tasted like the cream in the sauce was possibly soured, which ok, that happens, but when I brought it to the servers attention in a very quiet manner (there was 12 in our group)he said he would let them know. That being said, when the bills came, he did not remove it from our bill until I asked him to and a manager never came over to talk to us. Their bread sticks were somewhat cold and soggy on this visit, but we will try them again and just chalk it up to being an"off night" and they were out of a wine that is on their seemingly small list of available wines"

"My fiance and I were very pleased with J. Razzo's food, service, and atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and warm, and our waiter, Allan, was EXTREMELY helpful and probably one of the best waiters we've had. We're thinking of having our wedding catered through J. Razzo's now."

"The restaurant in general was nice. We were first time visitors, the staff was friendly and on us as soon as we walked in the door. Food was real good and it didnt take long to get served. Our wait staff was very nice and took good care of us. Food portions were plenty and had good flavour.The only down fall to the meal was the salad, which was a little watery. We will return to try something different on the menu."
