"We sat at the bar and our bartenders were wonderful. Very informative about the menu and their drinks. Was able to make recommendations with confidence and immediately. I ordered the Heat of the Desert margarita and it was spicy and tasty. The ceviche appetizer was delicious. The steak and relleno entree was delicious and also very tasty. My husband ordered the relleno huataloche (sp) and this also was a flavorful vegetarian dish. Flan was perfect. Loved being able to see and watch the kitchen at work from the bar area. Chef was very involved with every dish that came out of the kitchen. Impressive."

"The food here is quite good and I could see that if you were served by a good wait person you might really like this place. Unfortunately, our service wasn't great. We had 9:30 reservations (we made reservations through open table, it was NOT the last reservation available) the first thing we were told when we were seated was that the kitchen would be closing in :15 - so we had to hurry up. Well, why have a 9:30 reservation available if you don't really want folks at 9:30? Our drink order came incorrectly (no salt on the margarita came with salt, no lime for the beer, came with lime in the beer). Then, our waiter disappeared for 10 minutes while we waited with menu's closed, wondering if we shouldn't have just gone across the street?"
