In 1955, the Beverly Hilton opened it's doors to some of the world's greatest entertainers and parties. There's no time like the present to appreciate the past . . . Experience now, the newest retro-chic restaurant like no other in the heart of Beverly Hills, CIRCA 55 at the Beverly Hilton where the legacy meets the laid-back sophistication with a timeless taste and a modern twist.
"We went for Mother's Day brunch which was also a celebration of our daughter's graduation AND birthday. The waiter (who we thought was the busboy) never spoke to us other than to ask if we wanted oj. I had to ASK if champagne was included and he said it was. Coffee took forever. The food was ok but not replenished. Whenever I saw something on someone's plate and went to get it, it wasn't there.
We had a party of 8 and an 18% gratuity was added - for BUFFET SERVICE!!! All in all, a pretty expensive, mediocre experience."

"Best. Brunch. Ever. It was our anniversary and both my fiancé and i felt absolutely indulged at this brunch! The only thing that would have made the unlimited decadence better is if we had been staying at the hotel! Next year, that's the plan!!"

"Always consistently good, Circa 55 reminds you of old Hollywood. Classy decor, well-dressed staff and the history of the Beverly Hilton surround you. Traditional American fare that is prepared as you ask for it. Drinks can be as simple or as fancy as you like, even ordering off of the Trader Vic's Polynesian- style menu next door, if you want. We always enjoy our meals and it's quiet enough to also enjoy the company."

"We stayed at the Beverly Hilton again, and again had a dinner at Circa 55, next to Trader Vic's. I had the beef-and-broccoli, and my wife had the salmon. The food was very good. The service was excellent (attentive and prompt). We ate outside by the pool. It was February 27, and the air was cool, but the restaurant seated us next to one of their several outdoor heaters, and we were nice and warm throughout our meal. Easy to converse, as it was quiet outside; any activity at Trader Vic's is well-insulated from the restaurant."

"I used to goto Trader Vicks back in the day when i was younger and the funny thing is after not being in there for 15 years or so nothing appears to have changed in regards to the island themed decor.
The food was actually alot better than i remember back in the day and the best part of it were the wanna be "Good Fellas" at the bar discussing racketeering and crimes they had commited. (strange)
But overall a good place to experience if you have never been there before."
