"If you think about how much you pay for the sushi plate, it is way overpriced. $19 sushi plate for fish that isn't fresh isn't worth it. The sushi can't even hold itself together - the rice completely disintegrated when I dipped it into the soy sauce. The wasabi didn't have the kick at all.I also ordered miso soup, but wasn't told that the sushi plate already comes with miso soup. So I ended up paying for an extra bowl when I only really wanted one bowl."

"One of the worst sushi experiences ever. Toro was frozen solid, rice was mush, and the tempura in the rolls tasted like it was pre made hours earlier.Downtown sushi is always average, but this place was especially bad. To top off it wasn't cheap either. Won't be coming back."

"I generally book reservations to this restaurant through Opentable website. When going through this process there is a section for comments or special instructions and I generally put some comments in there about suggested seating location and when I arrive to checkin at Koto it's always a BIG SURPRISE and they have no record of my request. This is annoying as why have the option for special requests if no one looks at it or transfers this info?"
