Sfixio
Sfixio focuses on the most authentic Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine, using only Italian ingredients imported from select Italian areas, to assure the best of Quality including as well an impressive selection of wines. The Menu is created by Chef/Owner Massimo Denaro from Florence. The Menu offers a perfect balance between the authentic Tuscan cuisine and a " Crudo" menu, the Italian style "sashimi" with fresh fish tartars and fish carpaccio creating a refined feel. There is NO FREEZER in this restaurant so everything is extremely fresh. The pasta is homemade and prepared at the moment, the fresh products are seasonal and organic focusing always on the the best quality for all the dishes. The decor is contemporary and romantic at the same time creating a sophisticated ambiance for a unique experience. A very private mezzanine is available for parties and banquets.Lunch Menu includes also an Italian Healthy Options Menu Low Calories Personalized Menu for catering and Parties.

"Sfixio is an outstanding restaurant in every way. There were 4 of us for dinner. We all ordered different dishes and we all tasted each dish. Every dish was perfectly prepared and presented and had its own distinctively delicious taste. The service was attentive without being overbearing. Our service dog was with us and she was treated royally, even being served her own ceramic bowl of water. Thank you Sfixio for an exceptional experience!"

"My wife and I had dinner at Sfixio with another couple on Saturday night. We were served by one of the owners (the other is the chef). All our dishes were really good - my friend said that his osso bucco was the best that he had ever had. The ambiance was great - it was a slow night but that meant we got special treatment from the hosts. Highly recommended!"

"Waiters were under-staffed for Valentines day. Some staff need breath mints. Need more of a drink menu. They were very limited on what the had ingredients to make and didn't seem familiar with a lot of drinks. Restaurant was pretty and entertainment was good. Food was good but

"We love Sfixio. The space is modern, clean, airy. The food is prepared with great attention and a deft touch. Parmigiana di Melanzane is unbelievably light without the tartness sometimes associated with lesser tomato sauces. We could easily have another and another. The albacore crudo is fresh, fresh, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Mara and Massimo made welcomed us like we were old friends. Wish we could diner here every day!"

"We were delightful and pleased about dinner last night with my date.The decor is very white and Chic with a wobbling candle light.
This restaurant is a Treasure outside of Italy. Sfixio is owned by wife and husband/Chef. Both are the sweetest and warm people.
The food is so Fresh and literally spectacular.You can taste each and single ingredient.Never experienced before. We had the Truffle Pasta that is so good that you thinking about have it also for dessert.My date was so happy to order the Veal chop with porcini mushrooms.It was perfectly prepared and the presentation was amazing. I had the Sea bass that was unreal.We had a Barolo.
During the all dinner the chef personally made sure that everything was perfect.

"Found this restaurant on Open Table as we were staying in the neighborhood. The owners were welcoming and very gracious. The food was fabulous! Very fresh and delicate. Mara recommended a bottle of Supertuscan that was excellent and reasonably priced. We intend to make this our go-to restaurant whenever we are in LA. Best Italian food we've ever had outside of Italy."

"OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was our anniversary and we were looking for something very special and we for sure found it! We ask for a romantic table and we had a special fresh petal roses one next to a real stone fountain. The setting was impressive.We share a mixed crudo fish like Italian sushi and it was out of this world. Second course we shared a truffle fresh pasta and it was THE best we ever had. My husband had the sea bass and I had the veal chop. Both Dishes cooked perfectly.They complement the dessert The owners Husband/wife are the warmest and The sweetest people Ever.Honestly. Nothing is pre done! No FREEEZEEEERRRRR. The Food is Incredible.

"This is the Place for Italian Authentic food. Every thing s fresh and it taste like it. A really capable chef presents and servers dishes with an incredible balance with the ingredients creating an unique palate experience. This is a rare find. So many claimed Italians restaurants but this is the refined one that I tried in a long time far away fro the real deal in the Old Country. Service was attentive. Eggplant parmesan was delightful as well as the Octopus raw in a sicilian style. Pasta with Wild boar florentine style was superb as the home made fish ravioli that my husband had.We select the best wine for our dinner from montepulcino 2007 in the middle price.Overall it was memorable.You have to try it to believe it."

"I went there with my Friends for dinner. I just got back from Italy. What a surprise. They bring back memories on my business/dinner night.
They make we look so good with my pips. The food was the most authentic Italian food I had ever had outside of Italy. My guest were very impressed by the food and the warmth of the host and chef, both owners. The Homemade creps florentine with ricota cheese were so good and fresh like the sea bass on the grill that my partner had.He said was the most fresh and well seasoned he ever had.The ambiance is so romantic and unique and great for a special event.We finished up with a chef's creation dessert like ricota cheese and cherries imported from Italythat Was Incredible.Homemade Limoncelo the best!"

"The only two things that were good about this restaurant was the ambiance and the people were nice. I booked a table for 12 for a very important client of one of the largest studios and was embarrassed. They were completly out of pizza (it's an Italian restaurant) and the portions were extremely small and not very good. I would never recommend this restaurant and will not return."

"This husband and wife team is so welcoming. Mara greeted us at the door so warmly, I was instantly taken with her. The restaurant is stunningly beautiful. Simple decor but tasteful, modern and elegant. The tables are well spaced so you can have normal conversations without hearing everyone elses. And the best part... the food. OMG! The most delicate of pastas (they make it in house), the savory beauty of olive oil and lemon. It is truly the way they eat in Tuscany... fresh ingredients, light airy sauces, and people who care about what they are doing. This is a couple who make you feel as though you are honored guests at their table. I was enchanted with the entire experience. Will recommend and you can be certain I'll come again, and again!"

The only problem we had was the price for the Tequila. which was more than we have ever paid before (same brand).
