"I have eaten at Table 3 several times, however, the last two times I went at lunch/brunch with out of town guests and had bad experiences. Both visits found us looking for our waiters- a long time- and having to prompt them to look for our food. Each time the food came out vaguely cool, so I suspect it was not a kitchen issue, but a front-of-the-house problem. Both times our waiter missed the chance to sell more wine, as we finished our drinks, waiting for our food, but could not even order another drink to fill the time. I do not need to have a rushed experience, I just would like the servers to be aware of their tables and check in to be sure the pace is satisfactory."

"My wife and I spotted this gem on Open Table and thought "wow, an authentic frecnh bistro in Nashville - let's give it a whirl". The ambiance was authentic down to the bistro tile floor in the market and rear of the dining room, the small coxy tables and the bustling pace. The serivce was spot-on, our server Meg, knew the wine list well and was able to make specific recommendations on wine and food pairings. I usually judge the quality of the chef in a French bistro by the quality of the roast chicken dinner. At Table 3 an airline breast was served with leg and thigh, on the bone, with a mushroom risotto - Perfect, I ate every bite. We will defintely go back."

"This place simply rocks! French bistro fare, done extremely well, in a pleasant, tasteful ambiance. The food is prepared expertly but I like that it's a place that also doesn't take itself overly seriously: in other words, the food is outstanding but the place has a warm, welcoming vibe rather than feeling like a church of cuisine or something similar. "Nothing special here, but perfect for dinner if you're heading to a 9pm or 10pm movie at Green Hills 16. The current iteration of this location (it has been many things over the last several years) is serving French comfort food, heavy and rich and butter and fat laden. The wine list is above average, and the service is generally decent. No need to make reservations other than Opentable Points, as there are always an abundance of available seats."

"Table 3 is a perfect representation of the French Bistro. Fresh, seasonal food, that is always carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Everything we ate, from the frogs legs to the cassoulet, was prompt, hot, and cooked to perfection. The service was just as good as the food. Attentive but not intrusive, suggestive with out condescension, and genuine to boot. Every time we eat there I am more and more impressed. Thank you to chef Uhlhorn and all of the staff for another amazing experience."

Appetizers were great - setting up for a great evenings. "The best onion soup in Nashville. We ordered the charcouterie board. Our selection was helped by recommendations from our waiter, but we left two of the three pates virtually untouched. My companion mentioned to the waiter that she didn't like the chicken liver pate and that the pate de campagne was dry. We feel he should have picked up on our dissatisfaction and offered an alternative or to deduct a portion of the plate from our bill. Saying that, my friend and I dine there often and usually have no problems with the food. We love that we can get a carafe of the house wine to share and the atmosphere in the bar area, where we prefer to dine, is energetic. We will definitely return."

"The food was amazing and service was also. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will return soon. My group was there for lunch and we all ordered something different - soups, salads, sandwiches. Everyone loved their selections. I've also had the delicious cheeseburger which I think is one of the best in town along with their crispy, thin pommes frites and light as air, fabulous onion rings. This makes me want to return right away for the burger! The server was attentive without being intrusive. She served us promptly but didn't rush us out."

"We are regulars and have been enthusiastic but the last few meals have not met expectations. Removing the daily blue plates is a bad idea. Also on several occasions, they have run out of pretty standard items. It may just be random chance, I hope so because, I have really liked this restaurant."

"After living in France for 4 years, I'm always on the lookout for a Bistro type experience. Table 3 comes close. I enjoyed what in France would be "Chevre Chaud" - salad with vinaigrette dressing, croutons and a medallion of breaded, fried goat cheese (one large one here, would be 2 smaller ones in France). Here they use only frizee lettuce. In France it was typically more of an arugula or mesclun mix which is a bit "softer" in the mouth. I hope to return to enjoy other versions of popular French cuisine like Coq au Vin and Boeuf Bourguignon."

"Excellent French bistro fare in a welcoming atmosphere. Serving throughout the afternoon hours, this is a good place for a late lunch - most other restaurants have limited lunch hours then a closed time before the dinner seatings. Prices are moderate and servers generally knowledgable about the menu offerings and wine. The only downside is the frequently difficult traffic and parking situation in the Greenhills Mall area; valet parking is available if so inclined."

"Good location for pre- or post-movie dining or drinks. Service was friendly but erratic -- almost as if they were understaffed for the volume of Saturday night business. Bartender was almost frantic. Fairly diverse menu; I would rate the food about 6.5-7 out of 10. And it's good enough that I would definitely eat there again as there are several other items on the menu that we would like to try."

"Glad I chose Table for a late Valentine's Day celebration. Took a but of a risk having never visited before, but both my girlfriend and I were extremely pleased.
The service was excellent. Our waiter was very personable and engaging, all while being quite knowledgeable about the menu. He was able to help recommend accompanying wine for our respective orders.
The food was excellent, and I was dually impressed with the appetizer and both of our entrees.
The ambiance was great; fun environment for a semi-casual get together.
I'd highly recommend Table 3 to friends and family; I'm looking forward to my next visit."

"The food was good, not spectacular, pretty plain. We have better food on the regular menu at Table 3. Our table was in the bar sitting out in the middle of the room with people coming and going which was not very romantic for Valentines Day. Our waitress was very good and took care of us no complaints about her. We certainly will return as we eat there quite often. This was just not the best they can do."

"This restaurant is my favorite!!! I can never decide what to order. The Blue Plate Special, the wonderful soups, the entrees, the sides, not to mention the desserts are all tempting and delicious. The tried and true Cassoulet is divine! Don't miss this place."

"We went for restaurant week, so we didn't test the full menu. However, our food was well prepared and seasoned, which leaves promise for the rest of the menu. If you are into French wine, the wine menu is built for you. We typically lean to bigger California wines, which weren't prevalent on the menu. It seemed like a great place to bring family or friends. Decor was great, but my wife thought it was a little masculine."

"This was an outstanding restaurant experience! We had never tried French Cuisine before but decided to give it a try for my husband's birthday. It was absolutely some of the best food we've ever had. He ordered the beef bugnion and I got the smoked duck (which I highly recommend). We accompanied our meal with some red wine (the wine list! They have their own brand of wine!). We finished our meal with some dessert, he got the salted chocolate mousse and I had some of the apricot filled sponge cake. The restaurant is clean and modern, the ambiance is welcoming, and the staff is very friendly."
