"We've been here before and the food is still awesome as always. But we made reservations for 11:30 and I checked in with the desk at 11:27 and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait while they "cleared the table". We ended up waiting closer to 30 minutes before we finally got sat. I mean, what's the point of making a reservation for a specific time if you're not going to get sat right at the time you wanted?! Ok, say 10-15 minutes, I'm good with that, but a whole half hour? I made the reservation weeks ago and we were a group of 10! Why wasn't one of the large tables just set aside for us, they certainly had plenty of time to prepare?!"

"In spite of a 4 level parking garage and large shopping/restaurant mall surface parking lot, I couldn't find a parking place at 6:30 on a Sunday night!! I finally had to park in a large church parking lot next door, and walk around to the restaurant, after spending 20 minutes looking for a space along with about 25 other cars. Three of us were seated at a table for 2, although we had reservations. They have tables of 10 or more with several children and extended families, so there is a lot of action. My wife and niece liked most of the dishes, and I felt they was fairly good, although I didn't try the egg plant stuffed with shrimp, because it was soft. And no fortune cookies!"

"Still had to wait 15 - 20 minutes even with an Open Table reservation.
Overall Excellent Chinese food. Our group ordered a wide variety of meat, seafood and veggie dishes and we were happy with every plate.
Be forewarned: the plaza parking lot is a complete nightmare. As great as the restaurant is, finding an actual parking space is such a royal pain (especially on the wknd during dinner hours) that it dissuaded my family and friends from ever wanting to return there again."

"I've had lunch here a number of times & though packed & "energetic" (that's code for super loud), the Dim Sum is very good so the I can look past noise level. But when I go out to dinner after a long day, I'd really prefer to relax in a somewhat enjoyable atmosphere. Upon arrival, there were only 6 tables occupied. I was seated & moments later a family with three very young, VERY "active" (that's code for screaming brats) arrived. They were seated right next to me - even though there were literally 35+ other places they could have been placed. Wait staff were curt when they finally showed up and honestly, when the food finally did arrive, the fried rice was dry and tasteless. At least the walnut shrimp were pretty good. I'll stick to lunch."

"The service was bad! I had a reservation for 12pm but was seated about 40min after my reservation. The server is no where to be found, we kept on waiting for someone to come and get what we need. The place needs more server present to satisfy the customer's need!"

"Delicious, authentic dim sum is pretty much the main reason to go there. If you're looking for a place to sit and soak up the atmosphere, this is NOT the place. Not that the decor isn't beautiful or that the seating isn't comfortable, but this place is PACKED when lunch time rolls around. So you're meant to get in, eat, and get out so the next party can get sat. For American diners, definitely try the egg rolls and fried wontons which have large, whole shrimp wrapped in them. For Asian or more adventurous diners, the tripe is cooked perfectly, not too tender or too chewy and the daikon stewed with the tripe is sweet and soft without melting into nothingness."

"This review is only for lunchtime dim sum. I thought the juicy pork dumplings, hargow & shrimp noodles were really, really bad. they were soggy and rip easily."

"A decent restaurant for a family meal. Good food for a reasonable price. If you are looking for luxurious ambiance for a romantic dinner with someone special, I suggest you go to their sister restaurant at the Irvine Spectrum."

"food was good, but service was somewhat disappointing. They were out of some appetizers on their combo plate and neglected to inform us until we were served and we had to ask why things were missing."
