"Favorite restaurant in town! The steaks are to die for, I recommend the Filet with blue cheese topping. The onion rings are the best I've ever had and the service is always great. I never see many kids here but they do have a children's menu. If you can't get a last minute reservation I'd try the lounge, the offer the full menu and it's first come first serve. Even on the weekends there usually isn't too long of a wait in there"

"First time ever at a Ruth's Chris restaurant. will definitely go back! Wonderful evening which included awesome steaks (cooked perfectly) awesome sides (sweet potato au gratin was amazing) and cocktails (generously poured) and even a bottle of wine shared by my wife and I on our 10 year wedding anniversary. All for under $200! We had a wonderful time in a comfortable setting with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This restaurant will be around a long time if they keep this up."

"Lacked professionalism. Waiter forgot things, his assistant dumped ice on my husband and did nothing. Should have sent steak back as it wasn't cooked to my liking. Asked for doggie bag and never received it. Paid for birthday dessert though it has always been on the house.
Note: We frequent his restaurant regularly and this was not a normal night for them. We were also placed in the back with people wearing jeans though we wore jackets and dress pants."

"We were seated in a noisy area with a group. I asked to move then we were placed in front of the cash register with heavy traffic. I asked to move again then we were place in a nice window seat. The resturant wasn't that busy.I don't understand why we couldn't of been placed in a window seat from the begining. I ordered a Mohito it was terrible but, I was too ashamed to send it back after having my table changed three times."

"We went to Ruth's Chris for a special birthday, just two of us. We had a lovely table and loved our food. Hmmmmmmmm! We had told them ghat we had a special birthday and they wrote a personal Happy Birthday in chocolate on our dessert dish. Service was impeccable, we had the attention of two waitresses and the manager. What hospitality! Can't wait to go back!"

"We dined this weekend with a group of 4 couples. It felt a little like our table was in a doorway which was unfortunate. The food was very good but 3 of the ladies ordered their filets medium well and they came out much rarer than mine which was ordered medium. The waitress was good about quickly taking them away and having them fixed, however, nothing kills a group meal like having 3 people wait for their food. Also, as you would guess, when the steaks came back they rather resembled a charcoal briquet which is bound to happen when you try to quickly get a filet to medium well. I was very surprised that a steakhouse like Ruth's Chris would miss so badly on a steak. No consideration was given when we received the final bill either."
