Stokes is a locally owned restaurant that features: Steaks and beef from Nebraska, fresh seafood, and daily specials, all with an imaginative southwestern touch. Stokes also features an award winning wine list with over 30 wines offered by the glass. Bottles of wine on the non-reserve list are featured as half priced on Tuesday evenings and Friday and Saturday evenings after 9:00 p.m. The restaurant features one of the a great patio for you to enjoy on a great Nebraska evening. "We had one of the specials (blackened tuna), the cabo san taco, and a cheeseburger with fries. All were very delicious and cooked to perfection. Even the hamburger was thoroughly cooked, which doesn't happen very often in these midwest restaurants for some reason. They had a nice selection of wines and beers, and the server was very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again."

"A tough transition to a bigger facility. The service was unattentive, slow, and indifferent to the dining experience. Chicken Nachos were covered in cinammon, tacos carbon were presented without totillas, the New Mexico Club lacked flavor. Will fequesnt the Old Market location when downtown but will not return to this location."

"The addition of stokes is a great complement to the area. It's move from its former location is terrific. They have updated their menu and added really good additions like a kale salad, short rib flatbread and trout dip to mention a few. The restaurant is packed at lunch and does a good job of servicing the business diners in a timely fashion"
