The Twisted Fork is an ecclectic grill & bar in Omaha’s historic Old Market that serves American food with a cowboy twist. It blends southern hospitality with cowboy bravado and features menu creations from Executive Chef John Ursick.
The menu can be described as comfort food with a ‘twist’ of Chef John’s originality. The Twisted Fork also boasts a top notch signature drink menu and martini list designed by world class mixologist Martin Janica of Argentina and was voted as Omaha’s Best New Restaurant when it opened in 2008.
"We have been here before and we liked it but it has been a few years. they either got better at service and food or we just forgot our previous experiences. We had a wonderful time. Food was really good and service was too!"

"Always great service and I haven't experienced a bad item on the menu. The meatloaf dinner and sandwich are incredible. Everything on the menu is made fresh. You must try the Chicken Fried Bacon!"

"Unfortunately, they had a special menu the evening I dined there. I was not impressed with the food. I ordered the cheese encrusted salmon with risotto and asparagus and the food was bland. The waitress hurried us and was not very friendly. The only reason I rated them as good is because I have been there for brunch and the food was good and unique. I may go back, but not anytime soon."

"This was my second visit here and I expected more service, even on a holiday. There was a set menu which featured primarily seafood options. So if you didn't care for seafood you were limited to chicken marsala or prime rib, thats it. Also I have never felt so pushed to eat and get out, even though there were open tables around us. With drinks, appetizers and dinner we were in and out in 30 min. From the time we sat down, 25 min until we had the check, leftovers boxed, and were being ignored by the staff. Maybe if it weren't Valentines day they'd let you enjoy your dinner and companions but I will never know because I will never return."
