Welcome to Cornerstone Dining, Red Deer College! All food and beverages are prepared and served by students in the Hospitality & Tourism Management Program. During the academic term (September to December and January to April) we are open for lunch Tuesdays and Fridays and for dinners Wednesdays. "The service was impeccable, the food delicious and everything was presented well! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening three+ course meal. We felt special as a result of the attention of the amazing students, and program coordinator supervising them. Can't wait to go back!!"

"Realize that this is a learning practicum for servers but there was a lack of confidence and how to pronounce the items on the menu. Other than that the meal and venue was great."

"What a wonderful place to come for lunch! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit too as it is a very nice atmosphere. The decor is really nice as well, I was impressed and counldn't believe that I was still in a College while dining. The food was good and the dessert was delious! I will be coming back for more!"

"As usual I was so pleased with my experience at Cornerstone. The students do an amazing job and appear to take their tasks very seriously all the while providing friendly and courteous service. The food was great and such a good bargain, fresh, tasty, and different.
Thanks again, I will most certainly be back with other guests so they too can enjoy the experience of this little hidden gem."
