"Four of us arranged a 6:00 pm reservation on Sat night 4/6/2013. We were seated promptly and the restaurant was about 1/2 full. Everything was going great, until it took 45 minutes for our server to take our order and serve drinks - then we didn't see him again for another hour. Our meals came out - and there were issues with the orders. It took 3 times for the meals to come out correctly prepared.
Although the restaurant was nice, we sat for 2 hours before our meals were served - overall it took nearly 3 hours to have dinner. Not a great experience as the management didn't really seem to care how long the guests were waiting. Not once did a manager come by to explain or to check on the guests"

"We've eaten at Mozaic for years and know the owners to be exacting, meticulous managers of the entire dining experience. Food is always excellent. In this case, salmon and pork tenderloin were both perfect. Lovely chocolate dessert. You can't go wrong here for dinner, special occasion, or Sunday brunch."

"Being vegan, my husband and I usually have to "make do" at most restaurants. There were actually 2 possibilities for us, and both were DELICIOUS! We had a wonderful time, great service, and beautiful atmosphere. We would go again!!"

"Sunday brunch was a hit! Large variety of breakfast and lunch items and the omelette bar was a treat. Loved the bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary's. Attractive dining room and outdoor patio. I'd like to return for a drink on the western facing side patio at sunset."

"The atmosphere was lovely. If you want it a little more quiet, hostess should recommend back of restaurant rather than front where the bar crowd could get quite loud. It was very nice, very good food, very clean, very friendly!"

"We enjoyed the food, the view, and the ambiance. However, there were long waits between everything---a little wait is just fine, but these were long waits.
My husband ordered a side of fruit, and he received a side green salad instead. Because of the longer wait, we didn't bother to change it."

"Typically my wife really enjoys the Sunday Brunch at MoZaic in Palmer Lake though today, the food was very dry as if it had been sitting out for hours. The prime rib and au jus had no flavor. The service was mediocre...we had to continuously ask for refills on drinks though wait staff walked by numerous times during our meal. Very disappointing. Not sure we'll be back."

"We dined here because we were going to be visiting from out of town and I found an offer on Living Social. The food was upscale. The view was beautiful. The atmosphere was serene. We enjoyed every moment and Cody, our server, joked with us as well as made successful recommendations on dishes. We ate the vegetarian Napoleon and the fish special, a selection of shrimp and crab cake. We would definitely return if visiting the Colorado Springs area in the future."

"This place has a pleasant, intimate feel great for small groups. My wife said the Pollock just melted in her mouth. A friend raved about the tasty Salmon. Several in our party had the Prime Rib that was tender and cooked to each person's request. The service as attentive yet discrete. My wife and I will continue to bring family and friends to charming restaurant set back in a forest setting surrounded by mountains. This place is a gem!"
