"We reserved for Mother's Day. Enjoyed the food, everyone had something up their alley. Service was good. My only reservation is that I would like to be able to leave and walk around to help the food digest. While it is close to Merrick Park, you still need to get in car to get there. Otherwise a true gem!!!"

"This restaurant and its owners -- one of whom is always present -- never disappoint. Their fish dishes are outstanding and their sauces delicious. And, if you don't like what they have they'll even try to do something special for you. They're even open for lunch which is a great value. It's a great place to take someone special."

"My wife and I have been dining here for 11 years and it is arguably our favorite restaurant in Miami. This place boasts more than 6 seafood specials on any given night and I have tried most of them from the cod with squid ink risotto to the yellow tail snapper with mango chimichurri. I think their wine list and the servers knowledge of the tasting notes needs improvement, but overall Vialetto is a home run."

"Third visit to Cafe Vialetto. Everything was great. The service was fast and helpful with menu suggestions. The cod fish is a must have dish, as is their ravioli. Be sure to save space for dessert, our waiter recommended the chocolate cake served over blueberry sauce and it was fantastic. The owner is very amicable and genuinely interested in making sure your visit is perfect."

"The food is always wonderful and was this time, too. The service, however, was slightly off. We saw some new faces and didn't see the familiar faces we were used to. Perhaps there has been a change in management recently?
Anyway, our meal (for 4 people) took 2 hours, from start to finish and an order for a salad never showed up. They graciously made up for it by not charging us for one of our desserts, which we felt was a nice touch on their part.
We'll assume they will iron out these minor wrinkles. We still love the place and will definitely go back and continue to recommend it to others."

"We stumbled across Caffe Vialetto thanks to Open Table while passing through this part of Miami. What a find. Our table of four each ordered different dishes and they were all fantastic.
The short rib risotto and pear ravioli in gorgonzola sauce were truly amazing. The service was top notch and the owner is a very friendly guy. I wish this place was in my town. I would go at least once a week."

"This seemingly hole in the wall restaurant has some of the best food in Coral Gables and a great indoor atmosphere. I eat here every time we are in town and the food never ceases to amaze me.
